This was such a great hotel location! Great for solo travelers and the room was exactly what I needed for 3 days. So many cute shops and restaurants near by, so close to Hanamikoji and the main shopping area. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to travelers in Kyoto!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed with their English fluency. Rl entire hotel was spotlessly clean at all times! Rooms are very comfortable with a small desk. Rack to hang your clothes, and an area with a kettle, safe, and cups and glasses. Brink your own tea. Coffee available in the lobby by espresso machine. Small lounge area by the front desk. Building secured at night. Most important is the location…. The best in Gion area. Unfortunately not able to load photos here☹️

This hotel is more than you would expect. Everything is as described, the staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room is very clean and smells nice. All the essentiala you need are also provided. The bus stop to all the popular tourist spots is less than 5 mins away. You are getting more than what you paid for!

Walkable to so much, staff is fantastic. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Washers and dryers for a cost. Just wish there was a breakfast buffet

Good location but extremely small room with no place to unpack. Bed pushed against wall so difficult for getting in/out if there are 2. Not the best value for the Gion.

お部屋はまだ新しく綺麗でしたが、気になる点がありました。タオルに汚れが付いていた。エアコンから臭いがあり部屋全体に加齢臭があった。隣の駐車場の音がかなり近くに聞こえて気になる。乾燥度が高い。繊細な人には快適度は高いとは言えないかもしれません。
