- It is not possible to stay more than the booked number of people.
- If you reduce your stay after check-in, no refund will be given.
- Please take your shoes off at the entrance. Feel free to use the house slippers.
- No smoking allowed on the premises.
- If smoking is discovered, a deodorization fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.
- No pets.
- Please keep the sound (music/television/etc.) at reasonable levels, especially after 10PM and before 9AM since there are other residents in the building.
- Please make sure to separate your garbage. (Regular Garbage, Plastic Bottles, Glass Bottle and Cans)
- Garbage can be left in the room at check-out.
- Please save on electreicity by shutting off lights, electrical appliances and the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
- When cooking, please turn on the exhaust vent over the stove.
- Check-out time must be strictly observed.
- Please tidy up your room before check-out.
- Please return the keys to the key box when checking out.
- Don't lose your keys.
If a key is lost, 5,000 yen per key will be charged as compensation for damages.
- If you are found to be violating rules or manners, you will be immediately removed from the room. No refunds will be made in such cases.

- チェックイン後の減泊は不泊扱いとなり返金不可です。
- チェックアウト前に簡単なお部屋の片付けにご協力お願いいたします
- クリーニングが始まりますのでチェックアウト時間厳守でお願いします
- チェックアウト時には必ず鍵をキーボックスに戻してください。
- 施設内のシーツや備品、設備に損害が生じた場合は新品購入代金の弁償となりますのでご注意ください
- ルール違反、マナー違反が発覚した場合は即退室となります。その場合の返金には一切応じません
