這次旅程入住別館，沒有電梯。房間空間足夠，整潔。交通方便。但是這個地理位置在晚上會有不少喝醉的人，需要注意安全。

別館に泊まらせて頂きました。エレベーターがなかったので三階までキャリーケースを運ぶのは少し大変でしたが、まあ行きと帰りの2回だけなので！でも年配の方だったら大変かな？とは思いました。部屋は清掃が行き届いておりとても清潔感がありました。ツインルームに泊まりましたが、丁度よい広さでした。あと小さなテーブルでも1つあれば良かったかなとは感じましたが、このお値段での宿泊なら十分くらいの総合評価です！駅からも近く、周辺には韓国料理店も多く不自由なく過ごせました。また次も機会があれば利用したいと思いました！

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. 5 Menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Shin-Okubo ke Shinjuku Kabukicho. Jaraknya sekitar 8- 10 menit berjalan kaki.

Just last week, my husband, daughter, and I traveled to Japan, and this was one of the hotels where we spent a few days. There are many places to walk to from this location, which is very near to the subway. Although the hotel rooms in Japan are small and you can hear other people next to us, it wasnt a big deal because we were rarely there. The employees were a huge plus for me. They were fantastic, and I couldnt have asked for nicer hospitality.

I highly suggest this location, the employees are lovely, and everything is very convenient. I had a last-minute reservation here, and Google Maps made it simple to find. Shin oku station is 350 meters away, only one stop away from Shizuku station, and about four stops away from Shibuya on thre or laminated lines bright green one. Shin oku is a small city in Korea, with numerous eateries and bars nearby. Your door is the entryway. In actuality, the alleyways surrounding the station area around the hotel are interesting, as are the hotels various bars and eateries. The hotel's check-in is pleasant and simple, and they have a washing machine and dryer available, which are very useful 50 yen for washing powder and quick seconds wash and dry. My room was simple and clean, with an excellent air conditioning system, and an adequate bathroom. There is a lounge where you can wait and get a drink if you need to check out and have an early flight. For example, check out is at dawn, and I didn't arrive until rp. In the end, I spent an hour in this lounge using my laptop, without feeling like a license. Then, to kill time, I went to the gym and enjoyed lunch before returning to the hotel in the afternoon, where they even have a shower I paid 500 yen to use

Awalnya hotel ini seperti hotel cinta, tapi ternyata pembersihannya dilakukan dengan benar dan keamanannya terjaga dengan baik. Namun, untuk menerima kunci, diperlukan deposit tunai sebesar 1.000 Yen yang harus dikembalikan pada saat check-out. Sebaiknya toilet dan kamar mandi dipisahkan, tetapi tidak menyebabkan area bawah dudukan toilet tergenang air. Staf di depan adalah seorang pria muda yang sopan.

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun dan Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke jalan selama 2- 3 menit!! Inilah alasan saya tinggal di sini. Hanya tidak cocok untuk keluarga Mungkin saat yang tepat ketika Anda terlalu malas untuk pulang? Tidak ada pemandangan sama sekali!- Ini penting Tidak ada yang namanya pemandangan. Pintu kamar juga merupakan pintu! Itu terasa seperti meja depan yang sangat baik. Saya menginap di sana demi kenyamanan saya menginap, tetapi sangat menyenangkan karena ada tempat tidur! Ini lebih mirip tempat tidur daripada flat yang penuh! Selain itu. Tidak ada yang istimewa haha.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and train stations, all within a 515 minute walk. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge and a commercial microwave in the lobby area. There is also a laundry service available from morning to 11 pm ofor about $2 which was good but the dryer was broken when i went to use it. But dont worry because there is also a laundry mat right down the street. However, some things i hope could be improved on though are the loose door handle to the rooms which seemed to come off and i thought they would come off. For safety reasons, i believe it would be good to repair them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Most of the staff spoke english, which was also very helpful and very appreciated.

Very great hotel! Great location. The room was much bigger than expected! Perfect for families and couples with luggage. There are many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. Shinoku station is really close. And you can use the or pass.

Dan gang menuju penginapan tidak terasa berbahaya dan hanya suasananya sepi, jadi okelah.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and main street, yet its not noisy due to its location on a side street. For tokyo, the rooms are quite spacious, especially considering the price range. The room was also clean, and the furniture was in decent condition. The only drawback was that at least in my room, the beds were not next to each other. Despite these drawbacks, i would still recommend this hotel for a stay.

I stayed here for 7 nights while on a trip to Tokyo. Very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from Shin Oku Station. Besides that, the location is close to Shizuku Don Quixote and about 5 minutes walk away. There is no elevator here. If you need to clean the room, ask the staff before 11 am every day. The value for money.

The downsides of this hotel are numerous. The rooms are not lovely, they are clean but very dated. Wallpaper falling off the walls, uncomfortable beds, the bathroom looked like a prison. It was definitely not much to look at. Upon checking in I was sure I would spend six nights there. But what changed my mind was the nice staff, always happy and friendly. The location is great, very close to train stations. Surrounded by nightlife and restaurants yet on a quiet street. I would stay here again, but be prepared for a worn-out hotel in need of updating.
