10/10 the staff was amazing so kind and so helpful despite the small language barrier they always tried there best to be attentive as possible. The room was a little small for the 6 suitcases and 2 back backs so keep that in mind. The bed was okay but definitely get the breakfast included as a lot of places aren’t open early mornings and it’s delicious! Their slash fries were the BEST fries my bf and I have ever tried! Oh did I mention they had free beer from 5:30-6:30pm ?!? Yea we would get like +5 cups each to pregame our night it was great!

The location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a rooftop lounge that’s open 24/7 with a self serve coffee and tea. The rooms come with a projector, but you would need to log into your own streaming service account to view any videos. One thing to note, the hotel is situated around many host bars, however they do not bother tourists.

I will definitely stay here again. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week. It was a very affordable. All of the staff were friendly. The amenities were great and the room was just perfect. Definitely recommend.

The room and hotel was very clean. I have stayed in a several off-brand hotels, and sometimes I find that off-brand hotels are not so clean. However, slash kawasaki was VERY clean. I was quite happy about this. Even when I checked in and arrived on my floor, there was a worker cleaning the baseboard. The hotel breakfast was great. It was not only delicious, it was very filling and well-made. I enjoyed the adjustable bed and projector. Checking out was easy, and I was able to settle my final bill by scanning a QR code in the room. This is especially helpful to anyone whose Japanese may not be too advanced.

This location took a day to grow on me, but I’m so glad I chose to stay here and in the area outside of the major touristy areas. Great nightlife and an authentic Japanese experience catered to the locals. Would love to come back if I’m in the area.

A big step up from the typical business hotel. The motorized bed and projector screen, along with easy HDMI access made it really easy to watch media with my Amazon Fire stick. There's an amazing rooftop lounge and free happy hour beer everyday at 5:30pm. It's a fun, high tech hotel in a convenient location - with access to several lines including direct access to Haneda airport. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area, including late night options. 2 minor complaints - the area is a bit sketchy and there are touts hanging around in front of the building at night. I just ignore them or tell them I'm not Japanese and they leave me alone. Also, I didn't really enjoy the included breakfast - if it's an extra cost I'd consider passing on it. Also I could hear a fair bit of street noise at night, even on the 5th floor. It might be worse on lower floors. If you're sensitive to that sort of thing, it's something to consider. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay there again. It's good value and a comfortable stay.

Nice staff. Some speak English. Some don’t. Use translator app. Tons of print out instructions for all the hotel info. Nice bar and lounge. They will hold your bags. Check out is 11. You can check out up until 1pm for 1000YEN per hour. I didn’t realize it but it’s all strip clubs and massage places around. So not the most family friendly but did seem overall safe. Super close to 7/11 for snacks and ATM and shirt 5-8minute walk to Kawasaki Train Station which will take you anywhere.

as a british traveler, it was a challenge to face the language barrier however the staff at slash did a great job at fulfilling any requests. great rooms, great service, amazing breakfast!! if anyone i know plans a japan trip, i will recommend this hotel

This is a GREAT motel in Kawasaki and straight forward transportation from either airport via JR train or local train from Tokyo Haneda. Don't miss the coffee/mocha on the top floor. Very helpful staff and includes coin laundry machines.
