No staff on site so a little frustrating checking in but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Nice location near train stations. Spacious rooms. No elevator so plan on using stairs.

Comfortable clean room. We checked in via ipad at the property (no staff on site) and that was easy to do to get our room key. Very quiet neighborhood but also close to train station. Great stay.

Great place to stay. You're literally right around the corner from the Fushimi Inari Shrine, the beginning of the Torii Gates. Love this place!

Great amenities (washing machine & dryer in the bathroom awesome) & to be so close to Fushimi Inari. It is quite a long way from other sights in Kyoto though but close to a local train station so fine if you’re happy to take transport to get around. Beds great & nice feather pillows. Very clean & tidy but be aware there is no front desk so it’s best to do the check-in prior to arriving. We had an issue with an alarm going off at one point and the staff I rang were very helpful though. There are also no lifts so you have to carry bags up steepish stairs, which is fine if you’re travelling light & able bodied. Not so good for older people who find 4 flights of stairs difficult.

紅葉の時期で高騰している時に見つけたホテルです。 3泊しました。部屋の清掃は入りませんでしたが、一人暮らしのマンションのようでめちゃくちゃ居心地が良かったです。周りもかなり静かです。強いていうなら道路に面しているので、トラック？が通るとガタガタ揺れます。部屋にコインランドリーがあるので好きな時に洗濯できるし、清掃が入らない分好きな時間に出入りできるのである意味よかったです。問い合わせしたいことがありチャットにメッセージを送ったところ、迅速な対応いただけたのもかなり評価が高いです。本当に良いホテルでした。

It's good. The self check-in it's a very useful feature. Well appointed. Just notice that there's NOTHING past 7 on around. NOTHING. A few restaurants but... Ans it's quite a dark block it is at. It's a little dusty. The windows, the table by the bed and the air conditioning are dusty. And that living room's furniture look old and stained, nothing but uninviting.

La habitación es excelente, creería que es como una habitación tipo tradicional (no se como es realmente una casa japonesa) y tiene todo tipo de amenidades como pantuflas para el interior y para el baño, cepillos para el cabello y para los dientes, un pequeño refrijerador, y hasta un calentador de agua y te verde. Entre otras amenidades. El baño está completamente equipado y la habitación incluye lavadora y detergente para una carga de ropa. El check es de autoservicio pero es muy intuitivo. En general, fue una estancia excelente. Cuando regrese a Kioto me hospedaré aquí de nuevo en el So Kyoto Fushimi Inari.
