Adjacent parking is available at Suwa Parking on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with space for 40 vehicles.

Vehicles cannot enter or exit the parking lot outside operating hours.

Parking fee (from 4:00 PM onward):
For hotel guests, parking is complimentary, subject to the property’s terms and conditions.

Vehicle size limits:
- Height: 1.58 m or less
- Width: 1.71 m or less
- Weight: 1.6 tons or less
Vehicles exceeding these limits or when the parking lot is full should use nearby paid parking facilities.

[Unmanned Front Desk]
From February 2026, the property will operate an unmanned front desk. Regular patrols and emergency assistance remain available. If you require assistance, please call the property; your call will be forwarded to the service center, where staff will be available to assist you.

[Luggage storage]
A self-service cloakroom is available for guests to use.


As per the Nagasaki City law, accommodation tax will be charged for bookings from April 1, 2023. Please pay directly at the property.
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 9,999 and under.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between JPY 10,000 and JPY 19,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 500 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
