The rooms amenities are a little outdated. However, the other experiences are fantastic! The hot spring outside the room is very nice, and the drinks in the refrigerator are free! Grandpa who served breakfast was also very enthusiastic.

What a wonderful experience! The location is elegant, the service is friendly, and the food is delicious. The key point is that there are few people present. There is sytaying private bath in the spa room. Both the public bath on the first floor and its private bathroom are identical. At 6.30 inthe morning, you can take ocular bath alone.

A ryokan. Our entire experience was fantastic. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Service was firstrate. Checkin - they sat us down in the lobby, gave us slippers, drinks, snacks, and reviewed the hotels amenities. Onsen a public onsense was spotless, with nice hot mineral water, chilly baths, great showers and topnotch products e. G., lotions creams or soaps for towels, etc. Inroom onsesen is filled quickly and luxurious, room for two people. Nice and private for tween. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Dinner cost about $100 usd per person. Beautifully presented. Cocktails from the lounge and whiskey are many included in your stay. Bartender was very friendly. 10/10, will do it again.

Ill return! Luxurious hotel in the japanese style. The room is tidy and has a builtin private onsen in tiny tub. Although not very large, the public pool is adequate. It would be wonderful if the outdoor pool could extend further into the garden where you can feel the falling snow. Both the breakfast and the omasake dinner were excellent and thoughtfully prepared.

The best memory from my trip to sapporo! Everything is ideal. The room is large and spotless. Everyone is really nice. I am very grateful that they play the birds songs during breakfast as the background music, and the set dinner exceeded my expectations. Its fantastic! And you can enjoy the finest taste of japan because most of the ingredients are imported from hokkaido. Im hoping i could stay here forever! Just make sure to reserve their shuttle in advance or it will soon run out. Traveling back is such a hassle.

This place is new and wellequipped. 70 minutes by bus or taxi from the heart of sapporo city center. Taxi is very expensive, so you should take a shuttle or call cabs with fixed prices. This is my first experience with no obasan in ryokan. All facilities are clean and modern, and most staff are friendly except for one young receptionist. No welcome, smile, no answer, not in english or foreign language. The food is decent but expensive for the price in my case. You should expect very few touches of local ries. One old bartender named narita who speaks english fluently (yes, english) was very friendly and helpful. He will serve drinks for free (expect whiskey). Without him, i wouldnt write this review. I will most certainly return the next time i visit hokkaido. It was the best option among my travel plans in hokaidoku. This is a location where the facilities and services are truly worth every penny. Everyone was nice and friendly, and the gift of chopsticks really touched me.

I will definitely stay again. A calm, private, and comfortable place with a peaceful and natural interior design. All the staff are very kind and willing to take my requests. The water is warm and clean, the dishes are delicious.

The room exceeded my expectations, and the lounge was pleasant. I was quite pleased with it. It was unfortunate that there were few public baths available, but other than that, everything was flawless and i would gladly return. This time, ive gone with my mother and younger brother. Next time ill go back with husband!.

The food was delicious and so much. High quality. The staff were amazing. Just a perfect experience. Simply book it! It was very relaxing. Ground floor with private outdoor onsens were great. We just relaxed the whole time.

I highly recommend this hotel! The service, room environment, and food at the hotel are all excellent! Ive stayed in many hot spring hotels, but this one has given me the best experience so far. The staff is very friendly! This is a hotel i would recommend to my friends! There are few hotel rooms, so the stay is quiet and comfortable. Privacy is also very good. All kinds of afternoon tea and evening bars are free. Also delicious is the food!.

It was excellent in terms of hospitality, with the exception of one man who was sitting at the front desk. There are no smiles or kind words. Definitely not the hospitality i would anticipate if ive spent the north of $600 per night. Except for him, everyone was really friendly. Hardwarewise, one of the best ryokans ives ever had (stayed on the first floor, which has a private outdoor onsen inside the room). Food is excellent. Perfect pitch.
