I stayed here for 5 nights. This is a good place, it has a strategic location with easy access to the highway. They provide a good breakfast, so that's good. It's just that you must take your pillow from the upstairs, otherwise the pillow inside is very hard, and since the bathroom is tiny, it's best to start on the ground floor. They also serve simple Japanese cuisine, including a few breads.

It was good value for the price we paid. We stayed for 2 nights. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a variety of pillows for guests to choose. The breakfast range is good.

Good friendliness from the staff. Always cheerful with a smile on their face and providing much information. Staff spoke fairly good English and can get by without speaking a word of Japanese. We initially booked the super hotel gotemba 1, but from the gotemba interchange comedic station, the hotel we booked appears to be a further walkwaywe had big luggage and were already dead tired, so we decided to just try our luck and check into this super hotel instead. I managed to get a room, but the manager told me we could still check in to the super hotel gotemba 1 if we wanted to and he offered to drive us there. So we agreed, but after checking at the super hotel gotemba 1 we discovered it was a little more isolated was closer to the gotemba outlet but the free shuttle is only available on holidays. It was also difficult to get to the gotemba interchange station part of the Zakone free pass route, so we decided to change here and once more we got a ride from the manager very great service. The room size was just nice bigger than the one we stayed in Tokyo. The toilet was clean and could accommodate one average-sized person at a time. Wifi in the lobby, cable internet in rooms, and chargers for most types of phones in the room. The room is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and overall the hotel is

Ill be back. The personnel were really cordial and courteous, as well as offering suggestions. When the ladies arrived, they gave them a special amenity pack, which was excellent. made the ladies feel special. As expected at a Japanese hotel, the rooms are small. The hotel is close to a variety of shops, including stores like daisies and unique. There was also a beginning, and breakfast was fairly limited for the price. I loved that you could pick your pillows on arrival. The views from my apartment of Fuji were really breathtaking.
