あいにくの雨で、スキー場からの帰り、次の宿まで徒歩で向かっていたところ、後ろから何度も声をかけてくださって、送迎車にて送っていただきました！傘も持参していなく、荷物も多かったので、とても助かりました！お気遣いに感動いたしました。ありがとうございました！

The hotel is located in the vicinity of Zoo ski resort, right next to the ropeway stop. It is convenient for skiing. The food is average. The staff is very friendly. far from Yamagata city. The room has an open air bath.

I got a nice room with good taste and good amenities. The location is very strategic, as close to the ski shop and lift. Also, the staff was very kind and eager to answer all our boring and annoying questions about Japan.

Overall, a pleasant hotel. This is a great place to stay. Although you cannot ski out, it takes only a 30 meter walk across the street from the front door before you can put on your skis. We had a westernjapanese mix room that was wellsize enough. The beds were comfortable and not too hard as can be with japanese mattresses. The shower cabinets are the typical inserted toto brandmolded shower cabinets and are a reasonable size but not too big. One positive thing the room had a separate bathroom. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was served buffetstyle and was decent but the sausages and scrambled eggs were served warm or drier for some reason, which is often the case with Japanese breakfast buffets. Im not sure why. On the ground floor, skis and boards are secured in a locker. Smokers are given an indoor smoking area. The location begins not huge but is pleasant. The hotel is at one end of the city, so it is about 800 meters walking distance to the main road, but there are a few cafes and restaurants along the road that runs through the town. WiFi is included and works well. The hotel has a pool, but it was empty, so I think it might be just a summer thing.

The internet photographs appeared nice. I was looking forward to a pleasant first impression and delicious kiseki meals. Although the room appears to be more of a business hotel than anything else, we did. I started to feel okay but nothing extraordinary. The meal was excellent, the food was fresh, the beer cold, and the sake was tasty. The flies in the ointment are here and now. Even though I was speaking and commenting on the dishes while having dinner and breakfast, the waiter, Minamisan, continued to address my Japanese associate rather than me. Also, the eye contact, is a letdown. I simply don't want extra treatment. I don't want special treatment, but this is a situation that consistently irritates me after 30 years in Japan. Its like being a ghost. Result? I couldn't eat breakfast up to my expectations and gave up on my appetite. Poor taxi drivers with master training. Good or bad memories come from these tiny details.

飯店對面就是滑雪場&纜車，風景很漂亮，晚餐、早餐都很豐盛，服務人員基本英文溝通還ok，餐廳服務員，當天有中國籍服務生，所以沒有用英文溝通到。泡湯乾淨但是不大。
