The experience from check-in to check-out was amazing, 10/10. The onsen is a great addition to the hotel stay, though not tattoo friendly they provide stickers to cover any tattoos. The amenities were great, they provided everything we needed for the entire stay. Close enough to walk everywhere, though most of the common tourist stops were a 20/25min walk. Subway stations were close and helped getting around. The room was spacious and the staff is very kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

We were quite happy we picked this hotel. We did a family trip and chose a room with 4 beds. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The included breakfast was a great start to our days of exploring Kyoto. Excellent service throughout our stay. Convenient to a local Metro station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, the best one we stayed at during our three week trip. The staff were kind and extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with the main shopping district about ten minutes walk from the hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The hotel felt and looked very luxurious, super clean and nice overall. A receptionist met us at the front door as we arrived and the customer service was absolutely amazing. All the receptionist spoke excellent English and they were super helpful with everything we had to ask or needed help with. The room was super clean, nice and luxurious and the bed was super plush. The lounge for the customers was also nice and a relaxing place. The possibility to wash your own laundry with a good price was super convenient. The location of the hotel was also good: it was peaceful and safe, and easy to get on a bus or on a subway and move to other locations. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

From our check-in (with a complimentary treat for all!) to their late check-out offer, everything about The Blossom Kyoto was a delight. Although it is on a busy thoroughfare and close to a fire station, it is discreetly tucked away and our stay was not interrupted by noise whatsoever. Beautiful spacious rooms (highly recommend their tatami room if you have a small family), excellent dining facility and delicious variety in menu offerings, lounge snack area with secure women's onsen access. Definitely will return to this hotel without hesitation.

This hotel had all the amenities you need! Laundry was easy to use, the bath house was excellent! We stayed here for over a week because we had to change our plans but the staff was so nice in accommodating our changes so quickly! Definitely will recommend.

The rooms were smaller but very cozy if you plan to stay here for part of your trip with someone. The amenities are wonderful and the onsen is absolutely amazing and so relaxing. The property was clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly! The breakfast buffet every morning was fresh and much appreciated as wellz
