This is a wonderful boutique hotel near shijio. The hotel smells great and the room is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lounge and quiet atmosphere. Neighborhood is also enticing to explore.

We had high hopes after reading the favorable evaluations, and this hotel didnt let us down! The room is spacious and very useful, there is even a space to store our suitcases. The bathroom is very modern and functional, with many free amenities toothbrush, brush, cleanser gel, lotion, etc. We also received ten pairs of slippers. Because the hotel is so quiet, we never heard any noise in our room at all. Its location is also great, just stepping away from the busy downtown.

This hotel is truly amazing. Its affordability gives you the impression that you are living in the lap of luxury. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have a lovely shower as well. Every day, i felt meticulously taken care of. Before heading out for dinner, the lounge was such tastier place to enjoy iced wine or green tea. We were able to feel satisfied and prepared for the hectic days of sightseeing because we had breakfast. This motel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, being close to many transportation alternatives. They even gave you tiny cookies at checkout!.

We had a great stay here for 4 nights. Our room and bed were large and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling in kyoto.

This hotel is truly remarkable. It offers excellent service at a reasonable price and is impeccably clean. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and accommodating. However, the only drawback would likely be the limited availability of washing machine services. Due to the fact that there is only one available, it can be challenging to access laundry facilities.

The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, especially those who speak chinese. Miss kaei Tei was incredibly patient in helping us with our bus reservation. We appreciate the kind staff that made our trip more enjoyable and easier for us.

When visiting kyoto, make a reservation at this hotel. For japanese relations, the rooms are quite large. Everything seemed quite modern and immaculate. Of all the hotels weve stayed in in japonia, it was perhaps one of the best beds we have ever slept in, and perhaps even one that was the nicest during this trip.

This place is a cute boutique hotel. Everything was brand new and had shabby, modern japanese aesthetic that was very appropriate for kyoto. There were many restaurants and bars nearby. A train station was also nearby as well. However, we did find ourselves wishing we were tastier in the pontocho area, which appeared to be the main dining district. The sink was clogged, so i couldnt give this place five stars. We requested it to have been fixed twice. It appeared improved the second time but was still not resolved. This did dampen our experience as we ended up using the shower rather than the sink to wash our face and brush our teeth. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Both the atmosphere and aesthetics were very pleasing.
