広くゆったりした部屋で快適に過ごす事が出来ました‼️ 壁一面の大きな窓からはお天気が良ければ素晴らしい景色が望めたことでしょう。お天気が良くなかったので残念でした。夕食、朝食ともクオリティが高く大変満足しました‼️ フロントやレストランのスタッフの方々も笑顔の素敵な方ばかりで本当に素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました‼️ また必ずお天気の良いとき泊まりに行きたいと思っています。ありがとうございました‼️

숙박을 하기위해 도착하는 순간부터 체크아웃을 하고 가는 순간까지 아주 친철합니다. 차가 안보일때까지 계속 보고있는것이 인상적이었습니다. 물론 객실은 청결하였고, 요청하지는 않았지만, 추가 침대,아이를 위한 세면용품, 유카타,슬리퍼등이 세심하게 준비되어있었습니다. 다음에 이지역에 가게되면 다시 숙박할 예정입니다.

I come to this area to go sightseeing and ski. This hotel is quite remote. It is around 10 kilometers from the other boxspring resorts. So be prepared to drive a bit more to reach it, but it's still pretty close to the juju forest park ski area. In general, it's a modern style motel with a Japanese-style bathroom. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is large and comfortable. Wifi reception is gone and the internet is quick, you can see the aso mountain outlook from the room, and it is just lovely to see drawn in the room. There are no complaints about the room quality. The only downside of the room is that the hotel will not provide you daily room service unless you ask it. There are not many comments or reviews about this hotel on major international travel websites. The Japanese reviews say the meal at the hotel restaurant is amazing and they serve top-notch japanese wagyu beef from a farm around the aso mountain area. However, I didn't have the chance to taste it because reservations are made days in advance. The hotel staff at night was especially friendly and prepared some hot towel and hot green tea for us to watch us returning from a day of skiing. I hope the hotel management reads this comment and notice his contribution. His kind act is the main reason I am writing this comment, it is my first review

The gurney is probably the best place for you if you're looking for a hotel to stay at after a drive or a place to rest after exploring the lovely areas. Large rooms and clean rooms with reasonable prices are a huge advantage, and they would come with most basic amenities covered. It has a public bath, but the spring water wasn't particularly hot. As the restaurant is in a pretty remote location, please prepare your own food when you check in because it doesn't appear to be open for dinner with a reservation and there is no room service available.

Not a whole lot else to choose from in this area at a reasonable price range. Hotel rooms were large, but could have been in better condition. The window blinds don’t close all the way so you don’t have good privacy. The white carpets are badly stained. The biggest unfortunate thing however is that the hotel restaurant closes at 8pm even though the sign says 9pm. The yakiniku restaurant outside closes at 3pm! nothing else in the area, not even convenience stores. No snack vending machines either. Also, I think I may have gotten a skin rash from the onsen. The bright side is that the breakfast was incredible (we got the western style, but you can also get Japanese style). Oh, and even though we payed in advance through Hotels.com, they nickel-and-dime you with a ¥150 onsen tax upon checkout.
