Express check in and out. Conveniently located with a train entrance right next door. Room was spacious and clean. No iron in the room but available to use on the same floor. Western breakfast. Room and floors are nice and quiet, however, the common area on the 2nd floor can get very lively with DJs playing loud music on certain days.

Me hospedarei novamente quando voltar à Osaka. Estrutura física excelente e muito bonita, com o lobby muito agradável. Equipe de colaboradores sempre gentis. Localização perfeita no centro, com estação de metrô no subsolo e apesar disso, o quarto tem ótimo isolamento acústico. Limpeza perfeita. Não usei o café da manhã.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There are many great amenities, including complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. The staff provided good service and were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very good everything was perfect clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful And they helped us with the luggage service to be send to the next hotel. The breakfast was amazing also I would love to come back !

Amazing hotel, staff were professional and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean spacious considering. The location was steps from the train station and Family Market which is open 24hrs. I will definitely stay again and would recommend.

まず、とてもオシャレ。部屋はランクがありましたが、デラックスの部屋だとバスタブ＆シャワーがあり、湯船に浸かることが出来ます。脱衣所はなかったのですが、スライドカーテンがベッドルームとコンフォートエリアの境目についているので、見られる不安もなく安心して利用出来ます。パナソニックの美顔加湿器も部屋に備え付けてあるし、フロントのアメニティには日替わりでフェイスパックを配布しているのでお肌のお手入れも楽しめます。外国人の方がほとんどなので、海外に滞在している気分になれます。週末は、夜にラウンジでイベントもやっているらしく、とても楽しかったですよ！連泊の時も依頼すれば掃除してくれますし、シーツも取替えてくれます。コインランドリーは6台が3階に設置されており、部屋のテレビインフォメーションから使用状況をリアルタイムで確認できます。夜は混み合うので大変かもですが、コインランドリーもキャッシュレス決済が導入されており、タッチ決済出来るのでとても便利です。(現金払出来ますが両替機は見当たりませんでした。) チェックアウトしても飲食物をオーダーすれば、ラウンジで滞在させていただく事も可能です。仕事があったのでとても助かりました。ホテル周辺にも美味しい食べ物屋さんが本当にたくさんあったし、ホテル1階にファミリーマートがあるので便利です。新大阪から御堂筋線の淀屋橋駅で下車しても徒歩10分くらいで行けました。タクシーだと梅田から2000円程でした。ビジネス街でもあり基本的に静かだし、ラグジュアリーな場所だし気に入りました。またぜひ利用したいです。

Everything was perfect, great hotel, very nice and polite staff.. the location is great. Close to my restaurant and mini market next door.. Dotombori is very close also, breakfast delicious a a lot of verity of food.. I came back for sure I’ll stay here. Thank you!!

This place was fire. They were by far the best pajamas out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed at in Japan. I dream of those pants. They often have live music. It is attached to a subway station. And every night they have a different face mask that you can grab from the amenity counter. It was only supposed to stay here two nights and then I booked two more.

Not in the bustle of Umeda or Namba but still a convenient location. The trek back to the hotel can be tiring after long days of sightseeing and shopping if coming from a station other than Kitahama. While Kitahama station is next door to the hotel, note that there is not an elevator in this vicinity and there are a ton of stairs to walk up to get from the station to the hotel so if you need an elevator, you'd have to find another subway exit. I liked the quiet location (solo adult traveler) but if I were traveling with my kids, I would need a family room which I am not sure this hotel has as an option. Overall, I liked this hotel.
