The hotel boasts a convenient location, friendly staff, and an apartment with en suite facilities, ideal for families with two rooms. The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy, providing utmost comfort. Its proximity to traditional japanese cuisine adds convenience, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment was just like the one I lived in during my year abroad in Japan. It was a nice size with a beautiful balcony overlooking the River. The bath had a tv in it! Laundry was free.

3週間の滞在でした。週に一度清掃に入っていただけました。清潔で広さも十分でした。浴室乾燥が便利でした。駅から近く　駅前にコンビニはありましたが　難をいうならスーパーは少し遠いかな。機会があればまた利用したいです。

駐車場とキッチンがあり、狭苦しくなくスッキリとした部屋を探していたので、満足できる所でした。洗濯機もあり、浴室の暖房、乾燥機能付の天井扇で夜の間に乾燥できるのも便利でした。あと、チェックアウトが、ルームキーをボックスに入れて出るだけというのも良かったですね。駐車場は、エントランス前に2台停められるスペースがあって、空いていれば停められるということなので、停められない可能性も多々あると思いますが、すぐ横に24時間400円の、また少し離れた所には650円のコインパーキングがあるようなので、困ることはなさそうです。あと、キッチンに、小さくても良いのでまな板と包丁が有れば良かったですね。浴室は独立していて、小さなテレビなんかが有りますが、こういう施設では仕方ないのですが狭いです。総じて、コストパフォーマンスはとても良いところだと思うので、車で京都に行く時はまた利用したいと思います。

love this guesthouse because the spacious in the room large than other hotel .its feel like home.i love this place and the staff is very professional too.love this place,but here is just small so no lift.if u bring large luggage u will more difficult to bring up if your room in upstair hehe

The location is excellent, as it is only a short stroll from bus stops and tofukuji station, which is on the jr Nara line and the Keihan line. It was the ideal base for us to explore kyoto, and we enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood feel of the area. I believe cleanliness can be improved because i noticed that the shower room air conditioner and fan had stale dust buildup even though we also paid incredibly affordable rates, so ill not anticipate perfection. We had trouble getting the air conditioning to work properly when we were there during the heat wave in early september, but fortunately, they responded quickly, eventually getting it to function.

This hotel is very close to tofukuji jr station and a short walk from the excellent toofukusunji temple. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and very wellequipped. But what can make it break is the staff. Staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient, going above and beyond the usual requirements for us by posting on an forgotten item to another hotel. This alone saved us the deposit on our pocket wifi.

The location is within walking distance to the city center and told fushiimi shrine. There is a train station nearby and there are famous small food places. The accommodation is comfortable. This private apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Staff are very helpful and speak english.

This hotel is ideal for budgetconscious travelers because it is immaculate, has a fridge, and utensils in the kitchenette. Provides towels, shampoos, conditioners body soap, as well as hand soap. Offers bottled water, tea, coffee, one day, plus one must purchase for the next day. The laundry setup with incredibly spinnable washers is its greatest feature. One can dry clothing overnight thanks to the heater and dehumidifier in our bathroom. Although the staff appears limited in their english, they are quite friendly.

The hotel is excellent, more like a studio but hes big, with kitchen, washroom, bed and table, almost everything you need to make your breakfast there. Cant say it is in the city. Its pretty close by, i took ten minutes to walk to the center of the metropolis, and the station was only five minutes away. The neighborhood is cozy and peaceful, has reputable cafes nearby, an accommodating receptionist who can speak english as well (it is difficult to find one up there). I like it, so ill hope you do too.

The best hotel ive ever stayed in. The room size is ideal for two people. There is a small entrance way that connects the bathroom with the bedroom/kitchen. Bathroom has two rooms, the main room with toilet and basin. Next is another small room which contains the bath and shower unit, separated by trough doors. Bedroom is combined with kitchen and has lots of space. Kitchen has utensils and microwave. Each room also has its own balcony. Local area is charming and quiet, with tofukuji station just stepping foot away in about two to three minutes. A small food area and ota supermarket are nearby. I always think about this place when i visit kyoto.

Perfect location for travelers to stay multiple days. A plus is a comfortable room with secluded toilets and sized bathrooms. Refrigerator and refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, locksafe, tv. My room has two single beds and sofa. Its advisable to have 'camera translation app' available to view all the gadgets because electronic controls are in japan. Be aware that the hotels entry letter did not fully explain the procedure, and there was no one at the front desk. To obtain the entry key, first disregard the large digital panel until you get the entrance key. There is an identification number in each key box. Enter the code beneath the box, according to the instructions. Then use the small black button to open the container. In order to see the lock code numbers, you must first slide the black keybox cover down. Next, rotate the cylinders to match your code. Locate the tiny black switch to its left of the cylindricals within the key compartment, press it down to unlock the door to enter the locker door and access the keys. Finally, to close the gate, insert the card into the big digital screen. Last but not least, the wooden key chain has engraved the room number.

I heartily endorse it. Very close to a train station with two lines, including jr one. It is simple to get to the city center and to napura. The toilet and room were both roomy and cozy.
