Great stay

Our stay at this hotel in Tokyo was excellent overall. The location is incredibly convenient, as it’s just a few steps from the nearest train station, making it very easy to get around the city. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and everything feels clean and modern. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The only downside was the room size, which is a bit small, and I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t offer king-size beds, only double beds. That made sleeping slightly less comfortable than I had hoped. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its excellent location, wonderful breakfast, beautiful facilities, and outstanding service make it a great choice for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Great size and great hotel, sure it's a bit out of the center, but if you're looking to relax and need a bit more space and taking your time. This is the one to choose.

We loved our room here. It was a great base of operations and close to a station and Tokyo Disney. We enjoyed the extras provided in the lobby and the room. Our room overlooked the bay and was fabulous! We highly recommend this location.

The room is well thought out for 3 adults with bathroom and toilet separate and the whole area is easily separated from the bedroom with a sliding door. The location was perfect with shiomi train station being a 3 minute walk away. Some of the staff at reception however were not very helpful and cd be rude. The guy that checked us in however was extremely helpful and polite. Overall a very good stay

Lovely welcome in reception check in. Room had the wow factor. Made the start of the holiday really special. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and loud but food choice and quality very good. Onsen was good. My son used it 3 times and was very impressed. Storage for suitcases was a bit lax but we managed. Overall great base for our Tokyo adventures.

Breakfast buffet worth the cost at booking the room. Otherwise $4000 yen per person on site.

Love this place! Very clean, modern, great amenities ans the staff are amazing (except for the night bartender, not friendly at all and disliked we wanted to use our drink tickets). My son had left his ipods in the room when we checked and when we returned a week later they had them waiting for us to pick up. Very impressed with their honesty!! Convenience store attached to the property and transportation by train conveniently a block away. I would stay here again.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little far from everything else but walking distance from the shiomi station. I would recommend this place if you’re looking to stay at a quieter neighborhood but if you’re more of a city person and is looking for a more lively place then this is not it. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay a lot. There’s family mart right inside the hotel so that’s very convenient! Would come back!

I rarely write hotel reviews, but I was genuinely impressed with my stay. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options. Another major advantage is the hotel’s convenient location near the train station, FamilyMart, and a well-stocked supermarket.

We had an outstanding stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby to our room, and everything felt modern, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was one of the biggest highlights of our visit—everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. The breakfast offered a great variety with fresh, high-quality options that made it easy to start each day. Our room was quiet, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after long days of sightseeing. The location was also a huge plus, with convenient access to public transportation that made exploring the city simple and efficient. We never had to worry about getting around. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would only be that the breakfast area could get a little busy during peak hours, but the staff kept everything stocked and moving efficiently. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service and a convenient location. It played a big part in making our trip memorable.

We had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. Hotel staff were exceptional from our check in, to having breakfast daily in the dining area and getting assistance with taxis. Our room was comfortable, spacious and amenities were above our expectation. This hotel felt like a home away from home. We will stay again when we return to Tokyo.
