Kleinschalig hotel/appartement met grote kamers en alle voorzieningen. Vriendelijk ontvangst, ontbijt werd op de kamer bezorgd en was erg lekker ( elke dag ietsje anders). Vlakbij metro en de drukke stad op loopafstand. Zeker de moeite waard.

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed! It is a beautiful property with a traditional, Japanese style. We loved the suite with a separate bedroom and living room with a fridge! Our family paid the extra charge per day for the delicious breakfast served in our room. The hotel staff were so accommodating and professional! They answered questions about the area and helped us find a wonderful shopping and Japanese shrine area in Kyoto so we could purchase traditional Japanese tea sets and souvenirs. I can’t say enough about how friendly the hotel staff were to our family and grandbaby. Also, this is a great location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Also, we had a large rental van and there is a parking pay lot within walking distance to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto in the future!

We stayed for 7 days while visiting Kyoto for Fall foliage. The room is very clean and quite with great insulation. The staffs are courteous, patient and helpful with questions. Great walking location to train stations, convenient stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Would book it again next time and recommend to friends or relatives with no hesitation.

The hotel is on a quiet street about 10 min walking distance from 2 train stations. The staff was very warm and friendly. The hotel was top notch with a beautiful entry. The room was quite large with a sitting area with a table and large counter. The bath and shower was large and felt luxurious with a separate toilet. There were plenty of small toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and we appreciated the large bottle of Evian water. I would highly recommend this place as you get 5 star amenities fo a 3 star price. We had no trouble getting to the wonderful sites. Thank you so much!

This place was our favourite place in Japan to stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, the room and facilities are beautiful and it is in a great location. We found a lot of beds in Japan to be slightly uncomfortable but the beds here are super comfy. The toilet/bidet is top of the line as well. There are lots of lovely touches that made us feel special - like a matcha tea on arrival for us and apple juice for the kids, and the Nescafé coffee pods in the apartment. We recommend Tomoya Residence 1000% and cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

The hotel was fantastic! The room was essentially a complete apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need. The design was impeccably clean and modern, and it even featured a kitchen. The staff went above and beyond to assist with any needs, always being courteous and accommodating. Additionally, we were able to rent bicycles from the hotel to explore the city, making it an ideal choice for sightseeing. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!.

Kamarnya besar dan cukup sepi pada malam hari. Ruang tamu dan kamar tidur terpisah dan pintu geser menutup perlahan dan tanpa suara sebelum ditutup. Lantai pertama memiliki halaman yang memberikan kesan suasana. Ada juga pembersih udara di ruang tamu, tetapi akan lebih baik jika ada juga pembersih udara di kamar tidur. Bangunan hanya terdiri dari dua ruangan dalam satu lantai, dinding antar kamar di sebelah juga tebal.

Saya menggunakannya bersama keluarga saya selama Tahun Baru. Kamar yang luas memiliki alat pembersih udara, setrika, mesin cuci dan pengering, serta kamar tidur dan ruang tamu yang terpisah, sehingga sangat nyaman! Sarapannya juga banyak dan enak! Saya ingin mengunjungi kamar dengan taman di lantai pertama lain kali!

Tomoya residence is perfect for families, with a sitting room, laundry room, and kitchen. There is plenty of privacy for everyone, with a delicious breakfast served to the room and super friendly staff. The best hotel we have stayed in japan by far! I would rate this 5 stars.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as a family and it was great in every way. The accommodation is clean, with great finishing and comfort. The front desk staff couldnt do enough to help us navigate around kyoto. I highly recommend this hotel.
