初めて利用しました駅からのアクセスも分かりやすくチェックイン前に荷物も預かっていただき助かりました無料朝食も色々なメニューがありたくさんの方達が利用していてスタッフのみなさまの元気なあいさつも心地よかったです部屋も清潔で狭さも感じずリファのシャワーヘッドなどが備えてあった部屋なので色々使えて楽しめました

先週２度目の利用をしました熊本の友人の誕生日で、誕生日プレゼントを持っていくのが荷物になる為に、オンラインショップからホテルに直送で送って頂くのに、事前にホテルに許可を取る電話をした際、快く受けていただきました。ご無理をいい、お手数をおかけしてすみませんでした。段ボールの処理も引き受けてくださり、助かりました。ありがとうございました。また熊本に行った際は、是非利用させていただきたいです。

今回、熊本復興でブルーインパレスの飛行があるということで、孫2人を連れて駅近くの東横インに宿泊を決めました。子供は添い寝とのことでしたが、ベットの広さを考えてデラックスルームにしました、このお部屋を予約して正解でした。リビングとベットルームのふた部屋でお風呂も洗い場があり、バスタブは足を伸ばしても充分の広さ、孫は溺れてそうでした^_^ 27階で窓が5個あって夜景がとても素敵でしたが、孫が楽しみにしていた、新幹線は見えませんでした。朝食は色々とあって思ったより良かったです。ただ、場所が狭いので、お部屋で食べた方が良かったかなっとも思いました。東横インにこんな広い部屋があると知らなかったので、機会あればまた、宿泊したいと思いました。スタッフさんの対応も凄く良かったです。ありがとうございました。

I've stayed in a few Tokoyo Inn properties, and this has also delivered its standard. I like how simple and clean the rooms are - amenities available at lobby to take, and the free breakfast is always a highlight of the stay because nothing beats waking up to a nice warm cooked meal. I'll always recommend Toyoko Inn to others!

Great location near train station, almost fully sheltered walkway from station to hotel which helps when it's raining. Also near the bus stop to take highway bus to Takachiho Bus Centre, Kumamoto Airport. Hotel helped me arranged takkyubin to Beppu which is very convenient. Breakfast selection is sufficient, in fact seems to have slightly more than the Toyoko Inn in Kagoshima that I stayed in. There are 3 elevators that are quite fast so waiting time is short. Will choose this hotel if I come back again.
