I highly recommend this hostelpod. Stayed here while on a visa run. Clean and conveniently located near Kata station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best part is the free phone portable wifi which also works as a room key. I didn't need a sim card for the trip. The phone also had 247 concierge service messaging app. There were many delicious snacks to try too.

This was very silent when compared to other hotels I've stayed in! I slept like a baby. There was even a duvet for a blanket. I remained in the Allgirls room, and it was always clean and not noisy at all. The amenities were outstanding. The shower and toilet were extremely spacious. I particularly liked the trip phone they gave me, which also serves as the or code key to enter the rooms and functions as a tethering device to high-speed internet. The location was ideal, right across from a daily yamazaki convenience store, very close to a bus station, bic camera store, and restaurants. It was enjoyable trying out different snacks. Tips Bring your own towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, and drinking water These items are provided at a cost. There is no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, and slippers because these were provided for free by the hostel. Two things I didn't like 1. I requested a package to be delivered by courier and emailed them in advance, but they refused to receive it even though I was staying with them for a week. I had to find another option to get the package by booking another hostel for a night just so I could get it. 2. I already read this in the reviews that upon check out, they won't allow you to store your luggage with
