The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the train station and close to temples, beach and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating and proactive on offering non-meat food.

We booked our last 2 days in Tokyo at the We Base Kamakura property. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The property feels brand new and very well amenitized. A perfect combination of Japanese traditions and western comfort from our perspective. Located within minutes from the beach, we spent some relaxing time watching the surfers and wind surfers out in the water. There are both low key and higher end food options within walking distance. Lastly, it is an inexpensive cab ride and single train to Haneda. Very satisfied, recommend if you are looking for a more chill side of Tokyo

Amazing spot. Close to the train, close to the beach, the food is amazing and there’s several great restaurants on the same block. The in-house onsen and laundry was clutch for me and my toddler. The afternoon snacks were a favorite of the the toddler, lol. It’s clean, bright, spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The availability of a sort of Club lounge pre Breakfast and in the evening makes For a very free moving experience and a subtle way to appreciate the space Of the common area. Incredible breakfast was like a tasting menu - and atmosphere very calm.

大変お世話になりました。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧ですし、端々にサービスが行き届いております。何しろお料理の時間が楽しく美味しく、素晴らしいステイでした。ただ、ラウンジ近くにスロープ化してあるところはありましたが、他にも出入り口に向かうにもレストランに向かうにも段差がありました。どうしようもない事かもしれませんがあちこちの段差の解消やスロープ化、又はせめて一見して段差と分かる色替えがされていると若い人達だけでなく元気な高齢者にも安心して楽しめるいいお宿とオススメしやすくなりますので、その点解消されることを願います。(私自信腰痛持ちで二度ほどつまづきかけました)

The hotel is located near a train station and to the beach. The hotel provides a great lunch and drink service. The rooms are small but that is expected here in Japan. There is also a public bath but I didn’t use it as I wqs only there one night.

Our first visit to Japan began with 3 nights in Kamakura, a beautiful small coastal city. We chose WeBase due its great overall location and its proximity to Yuigahama station. The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street and you’d miss the entrance if you didn’t know it was there. Rooms are spotless and modern. The breakfast galettes were incredible and the breakfast service was one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely stay there again!

We found our stay at WeBase Kamakura extremely pleasant. We would like to praise above all the very friendly and helpful staff including those at the reception desk and at the hotel restaurant. We found the room spotless clean and the beds very comfortable. We also appreciate the free services that the hotel offers including the public bath and the lounge which unfortunately we did not have time to fully experience during our short stay. The only minor suggestion from us would be for the hotel to maybe offer a choice between buffet or set menu breakfast. While we really enjoyed the set menu breakfast, this does entail adhering to a reserved time slot. Because we were offered very similar choices of set menu for two consecutive days, we would have probably preferred the availability of more varied set options or the possibility of a buffet breakfast that does not require prior reservation. We are very happy with our stay here overall!

A Fantastic Stay at WeBase Kamakura! We had an absolutely wonderful time at WeBase Kamakura. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived – truly some of the best we've experienced! Our room was incredibly nice and comfortable, providing the perfect relaxing space after a day of exploring. Plus, you can't beat being so close to the beach! The amenities were excellent too, adding to a thoroughly enjoyable and convenient stay.
