This house is located in residential area, please do not speak loudly, make sounds, or house parties and talking in front of the house.
Please do not open the entrance even the door bell sounds.
Do not bring or use drugs.
Do not burn incense in the room.
Do not take items from the house.
Do not smoke in all areas of the house.
In case you smoke inside house, it may charge ¥ 30,000.
This house has stairs.
Do not damage furniture or bed and jump on it.
Please do not stain sheets, mattresses and beds.
Toilets have a water-saving system. If you flush a lot of paper at once, it will be stuck.
Do not flush except toilet paper and please keep clean the toilets.
Please cooperate in saving electricity and water.
Do not use household appliances improperly.
Turn off the electricity and air conditioner when going out.
Do not leave the water running. Please.
Do not bring pets.
Please do not take away items.
If you damage or make dirty the room, it may charge.
Please separate general garbage and the non-burnable garbage (cans, glasses, plastic bottles).
Please feel free to use the household appliances and amenities.

The host might enter the house for garbage disposal, maintenance and replenishment of consumables.
