Overall, I didn't find the accommodations to be up to par with other hotels we've stayed at. Large lobby, large rooms, but small bathrooms. Amenities are ok but not great. Also, the room had an old woody odor which wasn't pleasant at all. Staff very friendly.

What a wonderful way to unwind. The situation, cuisine, service, and whole experience were excellent and relaxing. In-room massage is also a great option before bed. The two are greatly different in quality, but the lesser is still very good, as one note states. The manager also speaks a good amount of English, which is rare in the region.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The lobby and communal area are large. The first places are spacious relaxing. A half board package is necessary because the buffet dinner is unexpectedly rich with options comparable to 6 star hotels.

The onset is fantastic, especially on the est floor. There will be alternate floors on the est and grd floors. So, you can still experience both by staying one night. The onset is attached to the structure, even the outdoor one. This is extremely practical for the elderly. Dinner buffet was amazing. Lots of cuisine including fresh sashimi, crab, and yakiniku. Cold Stone Icecream is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle service from Hanamaki to Shinhanamaki station. The shuttle is, however, quite small. There is no room for large bags. We were given excellent rooms with 2 bedrooms. The bedroom was a little too small, with no windows. The primary bedroom has a living area with a nice view of the river and mountain. This type of room has WiFi.
