A brilliant hotel, we will definitely use again in the future. Staff responded quickly and helpfully when I had a booking query. Arrival was good and they got us into our room a little early which was helpful as I wasn't feeling great. Everything was super clean in our room, which was great. Breakfast were amazing, so much choice, fresh ingredients and such great quality food and drink. The pool had long access hours. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to. Towels are on hand at the pool so no need to take your own or use your room ones. The walk into St Helier is about 10/15 minutes and is a pleasant stroll.

Nice hotel right on the beach front with a pub and late shop across the road along with a handy bus stop for St Helier.Clean bathroom with a good shower.

Check in was efficient, all staff very friendly, breakfast was very good with lots of choices, food served in evening in the bar was good too. Room was very nice, glad we paid the extra for the sea view as it was lovely to sit and look out at. Nice that it has a pool and jacuzzi and steam room, but prepare yourself before getting into the pool as it was very cold! We picked this hotel over others in the area because of the easy walk into St Helier and the free onsite parking but the spaces out the front of the hotel are limited and some spaces are too small to fit cars in properly and you can end up being blocked in. On our first day a lot of the parking was taken up by staff parking. There is a small overflow car park around the corner but again limited spaces. All said and done we would recommend the hotel and stay there again

We did find the bed to be small but we were swapped to another room without any fuss. Our stay was lovely. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly.

Lovely hotel and great value. Swimming pool was cold and sauna was under maintenance which was a shame. Some places in hotel where been painted and rhe smell was atrong. But it was out of season so these jobs need doing. Breakfast choice is very good, lots of continental and a full english. Drinks in the bar were expwnsive. All staff helpful and always quuck to clean the plates etc.
