Very convenient in terms of location next to the airport. However, the food served in the lobby bar was not a great experience. And the wake-up call which they offered us at 1.00 am in the morning, never happened. If we hadn’t set our own alarm, we would have missed our flight.

I needed an overnight stay so that I could meet my tour group in Jordan the next morning. The airport is close to this hotel, and it is the most convenient location. I mostly signed up for the terrific meet and greet service. My main complaint is the commotion with the hotel by phone. It was a significant problem for me to schedule my transportation to the airport. No one answered the phone most of the time. On a lucky day, they finally answered to say I had to contact during business hours. In the end, I managed to schedule my meet and greet using e-mail only. The hotel was cozy and clean, however I worry that with all the snafu about communicating, some travelers will feel uneasy and choose to travel somewhere else. If I come back, I will do it that way and still receive the meet and greet, now that I know that email works better. It saved me an hour of standing in line at midnight when there were only about a hundred people waiting for a visa. I appreciate the aman airport hotel for the service, which is expensive, but is worth the price. I also hope you improve your phone access for foreign tourists.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dekat dengan bandara ratu aila, memungkinkan traveller untuk menentukan arah perjalanan selanjutnya dalam kunjungan ketika kamu bepergian ke amman. Restorannya cukup bervariasi menunya, sehingga pengalaman baru dalam memilih hotel ini.

To meet my tour group in Jordan the next morning, I needed an overnight stay. The airport was only a short drive away, and this hotel is conveniently located. The hotel's meet and greet was ideal for me in general. My biggest concern is how hard it is to get in touch with the hotel by phone. It was a real headache when I had to schedule my pickup at the airport. No one answered the phone most of the time. The following day, on a lucky day, they answered to inform me I had to call during their open hours. In conclusion, I was able to schedule my meet and greet through only email. The hotel was pleasant and spotless, but I suspect that with all the communication snafus, some travelers might feel insecure and choose to stay somewhere else. I would do it that way if I returned, assuming I had the opportunity to meet and greet after learning that they function best via email. At midnight, it saved me an hour of waiting in line and avoiding lines with no less than a hundred people waiting for a visa. I appreciate the Aman Airport Hotel for the service, which is expensive but not just for the effort! And I sincerely hope that you improve your phone connection for international travelers.
