Staffs are all very helpful and friendly. Very attentive and responsive. The wifi connection was the greatest of all, for a person like me who still had to work remotely a bit, and rely on great connections wifi was awesome.

The employee who assisted us with all of our inquiries was very helpful, very friendly and responsive. The free breakfast is really good, the location is nice, and there are many places we want to visit within a short walk.

When visiting Aman, we recommend free walking tours with Ibrahim. He has all the necessary information for the first time traveling in Aman. Very useful tips about where and what to eat, shop and see, how to get to the main sights in the city, etc.

For the start of our trip to Jordan, my wife, my elderly daughter, and I stayed at the arabesque because of its excellent location, especially if you are traveling alone. The main eateries in Aman are all within easy walking distance, and there is easy parking near the entrance. Special thanks to Jack at the front desk and the proprietor, who were both very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was calm, spotless, and cozy. We were unable to get back to the Arabesque because of it's well-deserved popularity, but the staff was quite helpful in finding us alternatives in the city as well as organizing a per test for our return even though we weren't her customers on this occasion! If you're in Aman, visit the Arabesque.

Super Nettes Personal, Internet nicht wirklich gut leider. Hat mich aber nicht wirklich gestört. Frühstück fand ich auch top, war aber kein Buffet, falls das jemand erwartet.

If you stay in an arabesque hotel, you must go on a free walking tour because it's the best! The guide showed us where to see all the places and how to get there and what to eat and enjoy while in Manam.

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast...far too much food for me, but it was very good. Everything else is fairly average. One down side is that they have a vampire switch that you have to leave a card in, but the refrigerator is not on a separate circuit so it turns off with the rest of the power.

Property need to fix their water system soecially hot water. I end up taking a bath with cold water, and if there is hot it does not stay on a certain temperature. When someone uses from a other room it turns too cold or too hot. I almost got burn. Terrible water system.
