Location wise it's outside Amman city centre but as we had a driver, this location worked well. The twin room we had were super spacious (had a small living/seating area and kitchenette) and was clean and tidy.

I was extremely satisfied with my selection of Jad Hotel Suites for our stay in Amman, since I was in search of accommodation that was clean, modern, functional and comfortable. I had read reviews of other 4 and 5-star hotels that were old, dated, worn and dusty, and Jad Suites was a dream, it surpassed our expectations. Our room was big, bright, modern, nicely outfitted and complete with all the amenities of a high-end business hotel - concierge, tours, transportation etc. The array of hot and cold dishes at breakfast was varied and tasty, including the offerings of local cuisine, casseroles, roasted vegetables, breads and sweets. The hotel itself is a new building in close proximity to malls and local eateries. The high point of our stay was the superb and unparalleled service provided by the manager Mr. Diya Al-Abbadi, who attended to every need from booking tours to ordering dinner and organising airport transfers. We really felt safe and pampered. I would highly recommend this property to travellers in search of affordable luxury, a safe and modern base for exploring the country and excellent touring options.

Jad Hotel Suites was an excellent accommodation option and a great home away from home. Our room was spacious, cosy and nicely styled with warm coloured Middle Eastern inspired décor. The area was clean and tidy, and a full service kitchenette was an added plus. The Front Desk, Housekeeping and Dining Room staff were fantastic, especially Mr. Diya Al-Abbadi, the manager. He assisted with our tours, airport transfers, city transportation, currency exchange, ordering takeaway from restaurants and even sent the concierge staff out to purchase our dinner during a spell of bad weather. The complimentary fruit plate and bottled water were appreciated. We felt safe, secure and well taken care of, in spite of our unfamiliarity with the layout of the city, the language barrier and the inclement weather. I would definitely return to Jad Suites and recommend the property for the warmth and hospitality of the staff. It's a wonderful safe base for exploring Jordan, with security on your doorstep 24/7, close proximity to malls and restaurants, the ease of booking a range of tours on site and the assistance of wonderful staff in a relaxed and laid back atmosphere.

Room is beautiful and spacious, front desk girl is very pleasing and helpful . She find a driver for us actually the driver was a tour guide and multilingual He took us to all attractions in Amman and Jerash and airport with ease, also brought us to the good local restaurant and bakery . We didn’t miss anything.and enjoyed a lot . thank you the front desk girl

The location is close to many amenities and shopping centers in Amman. The hotel suites are spacious and clean. Administration and service staff are courteous and very helpful. Nice open buffet breakfast with good varieties. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice one, clean and good stuff. The area is nice and close to the mosque (only 5 min walking). Nice restaurants are close by. Good stuff but need to improve the breakfast.

Enjoyed this hotel stay as it was close enough to the airport and had good facilities and client services. However while I had a wonderful room, there was no desk which is a must for business guests. Also the breakfast room was not well-indicated and was so hard to find!
