My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights before visiting Wadi Rum for two nights. The hotel is on the top of a steep road with a steeper ramp next to the entrance. Checked in without a problem and made our way to our hotel room. The lobby looked really nice with a love fish tank on one side. It was disappointing to see that the room we were given was a duplex room with a door on one side of the wall going to another room with a couple staying there, the door was of course locked. The to wasn't working and we called the reception desk about it. Unfortunately this was ignored until our last day and it was all it really needed was batteries for the remote control, which I also suggested on the first and second days when I called. The to unit had a mini fridge but there was no use sockets in the room and was only cooler water. The bed sheets and blanket were clean and tidy. The bathroom was also clean and had a nice shower with hot and cold water to use. Every day we stayed there, the room was cleaned by the maid and the earrings were safely in the drawer which we later discovered, so the staff is very trustworthy and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast served downstairs next to the lobby was very tasty and we enjoyed it. There is always security outside and they are also very pleasant to talk to. If it's cheaper

This place is close to the U-Bahn Station. When you get there, this is the most affordable hotel in Aman. Check-in was simple. The breakfast was also good and varied. With fast internet connections, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom in this hotel is very small but functional. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was also excellent, especially for the housekeeper who cleaned it daily with fresh towels.

I stayed about 21 days at this hotel so hope my review will be comprehensive and helpful for others. What I liked about the hotel: 1. Great location, absolutely the best thing about it. It is close to grocery markets, best restaurants, sweet shops, highway and in quiet area. 2. Amazing gym with machines, weights, swimming pool, sauna, steam and locker rooms. I made full use of that and was really needed after work days. 3. The guard is really nice. 4. Late checkout. What can be better: 1. Restaurant is sub par. I think breakfast can be much better. It was not good standard. I stuck to egg station- they make it for you which is nice, toast and coffee with some salads but it was so limited especially for Jordan (felt like I was in a US hotel haha). 2. The premise in general can be cleaner, the room was super dusty to be honest and being South Asian I ofcourse did a full cleanup myself of the cupboards and tables etc. before I unpacked haha. 3. Limited service - please improve the service, the staff are always on phone and not paying attention. I stayed longer than anyone I assume at the time but got subpar treatment. Don't know why. 4. Key was not working almost everyday and I had to go up and down to get it reprogrammed everyday. I am nice person so I didnt make a huge fuss but honestly I must have made 21 trips for the 21 nights to get my key reprogrammed because it wont work! 5. TV is all arabic except 4 news channels 6. Laundry pricy 7. Smoke smell in towels and hallway

Surroundings are noisy as the hotel is near some wedding halls. Also the toilet seat was loose. Staff were friendly and kind.

Hotel has much potential, staff is friendly and helpful but they need to work on some details and then it will be OK. Room was very clean but not the bathroom, and one day I was given a stained towel than made me a bit repulsed. Another point to consider is the parking. It is not really practical as most of the time you need to rely on the Valet. Last, is the breakfast buffet. There is a nice variety and quality is good, except for the coffee. Another thing is the lack of sweets (for my Italian friends).
