Excellent service from the employee and his French is very proficient. In terms of cleanliness, they provide free parking and strong WiFi. We got a big, beautiful and clean room. The restaurant has an English menu which serves a tasty and fresh menu. They also serve delicious breakfast every day.

Hotel is very well located in the city center within minutes walking. Beautiful views from the hotel near Khamshatyr. The Russian language staff are very friendly and helpful. You can choose European, Russian, or kayak style breakfast. They have a very cozy and tasteful restaurant in the winter garden.

Very highly suggested. This was my first time visiting a kayak, and a friend recommended this hotel. I was really glad to have remained there. The suites are beautifully decorated in traditional aristocratic style, and they reminded me of a little English heritage, making me feel at home. The suite had every facility you could possibly need, with gorgeous vistas all around. The staff was really friendly, they don't speak much English, but their enthusiasm to assist more than made up for their limited English ability.
