This hostel is a very pleasant, safe, and comfortable location to stay in Alma, but there are a few issues that require them to function very well. The hostel is situated in a residential area around 56 km from the city center. With public transportation, it takes around 3040 minutes to get there. There are several restaurants and local shops, including a pharmacy, groceries, and atms. The hostel is small but comfortable, with comfy couches and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The staff gave us a basket for our food and showed us around the kitchen. We stayed in a very small private double room. The bed touched a wall on three sides and was raised about 1. Am from the floor you had to climb up. The hostel was very noisy at night as many people spent the entire night watching and playing music in the lounge next to our room. There were also people sleeping on the couch all the time, are they paying guests? It made it difficult to feel at ease in the lounge and kitchen with people sleeping there all the time. Nighttime noise was also extremely irritating. Noise is obviously to be expected in a hostel, but this was constant and inconsiderate. For example, people watching on their computer could wear headphones, and other guests would be better able to sleep! The two opulent part of our stay were the cats who stayed in!
