カザフスタン・キルギス旅行中、３泊＋１泊利用しました。滞在中静かで、清潔な部屋には冷蔵庫があり、何より熱いシャワーがありがたかったです！（シャンプーとシャワージェルもあります）エレベーターとクーラーは無いですが気にならなかったです。昼間外出すると暑かったけど普通に寝れましたアルマトイⅡ駅、バス、地下鉄、市内へのアクセス良し。トゥルキスタンから来たのでアルマティⅡ駅からすぐだったし、ビシュケクから戻ってくる際も、サイランからのバスがホテルのすぐ近くに停まって良かった… すぐ近くにスーパーもあり、そこで買ったものをホテル１階のレンジで温めて共有スペースで食べる事も可能。有料で洗濯もしてくれるみたいです。あと驚いたのが、チャックアウト後荷物を預ける際、鍵付きのロッカーが用意されていました！（利用するには荷物の大きさにもよるのかな？　私は30Lのバックパックと大きめのショッピングバッグを預けましたが1つのロッカーに入りました）またアルマティを訪れる際はここに泊りたいです。本当に便利だった。ありがとうございました！

位置很好找交通工具也好方便公車地鐵火車都在10分鐘內會到我們退房後寄了行李收費合理讓我們在到機場前的時間能夠再多看一眼這個美麗的城市附近有一家價格公道的商店我們都在裡面買水麵包以及便當旅館內有提供微波爐

Excellent location and a really pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room is small but very cozy, with a fridge and a strong shower, which is always a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all, especially at this price.

It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.

Very good location, close to bus stop to airport, to train station and city centre. The hotel is in a neighborhood, the room is very clean, good value for money.The staff is very helpful, I had the room in the morning when arrived. Good choice for short stay.

The location is also quite strategic, but it is still close to the city center by metro and bus and a large shopping mall, you can walk for 10 minutes from this place. The receptionist was very helpful but only 1 of them spoke good English and the other was very understanding. Also, the elderly lady was not bilingual. They can clean the clothes and the refrigerator in the room was very useful.

The hotel is inexpensive, which I recommend for overnight stays. The receptionists were kind and helpful. There are affordable but good-quality restaurants and canteens close to the accommodation, open 247! You must walk about a short distance or wait more than a half an hour to get to the bus stop that is near the house. One of the best options for town transportation is the hotel's location. The railway station is also close by. From 5.30 am, bus 92 from the airport stops close to the property, which is ideal for an Istanbul night connection, I advise. Bus 92 is conveniently served by a comfortable 330, which starts at 5.30 am. Only in the slot machine, turn left on the terminal exit, and immediately at the stop, you can purchase a permanent bus ticket. For one trip, you can purchase a ticket at the price of 150 t. Local transportation is only comfortable and reasonably priced, in terms of ticket prices 80 tried. The airport exchange office was not detrimental to the area, despite its proximity to the city.

ここのホテルは24時間制のチェックインとチェックアウトで私は夜の23時にホテル到着したのでチェックアウトは夜の23時になります。出国も夜遅い時間だったので最終日はシャワーを浴びて帰る準備をしたのでとても助かりました。あと親切なスタッフさんが最終日自分のスマホでヤンデックスゴーを使用しタクシー手配をして頂きました。

when i asked to keep my luggage after check out I was charged 300 KZT for every suitcase, peanuts, but it's disappointing, I've never faced before. No water offered, I found the only socket to charge phone in the room.

Room was small, walls and door thin so you will hear everything. In general, good value for money, but expect basic type of accommodation. It is located inside the block so taxis and navigator apps may not find it easy. When we stayed it was quiet but you could hear all noises through the building. Good option if you need short and cheap stay.

落ち着いた雰囲気で値段相応のホテル。周辺に食堂が多いのも良い。駅に近いことも駅利用者にはプラスかも知れない。自分が泊まった部屋の鍵が内側から開けづらく難儀した。
