Beautiful honeymoon. First time stay. Service level was perfect. Beautiful gardens and rooms. Ben and Jecinta in the bar are fantastic mixologists. I reminded myself of the beds martini with mint oil. Wow!.

Definitely recommend it for any type of travel, whether business or pleasure. Great location and beautiful rooms. I've been here before and the service is still nice. Ben at the bar also makes great cocktails. The grounds are also great, hope some seating is in the garden areas under the lush trees. That would be perfect.

Very pleasant experience and service at this hotel. Ben at the bar is a real expert in biology. It was freezing during the rainy season but Ben set up a cozy fireplace seat to make us spend the evenings in the hotel bar. The car service was also quick and reliable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel suites are amazing. The service was excellent. We especially loved the bar with the beautiful fireplace. Ben is a great bartender and very knowledgeable. My wife particularly liked the non-alcoholic cocktails.

Our hotel is open to the general public right now. Let me begin with the good. It is a lovely hotel. Everyone is incredibly welcoming. The spa and laundry service were excellent. But.. Checkin took over an hour. We were merely lying there waiting for our butler until we were given the room keys. At one point, my wife decided she would rather not wait. She eventually got up and requested from a gentlemen in front about the next steps when she decided not to wait any more. He was incredibly kind and drove us to our room. We were given four boxes of luggage, two of which we were forced to carry by ourselves. If you are familiar with the hotel, you should know that there are numerous lengthy passageways and stairs as well. It is difficult to travel in a fivestar hotel on your own. Briefly, the minibar's glasses and bottles were not picked up in 1 12 days. Instead, we had 2 water bottles next to the coffee maker with water droplets from the previous guests. It took more than an hour to finally obtaining our afternoon tea, which we had reserved. Even though we were at dinner for over two hours, the hotel is not occupied and the room was not kept up. At one moment, our room was open. Etc. There are a lot of things that shouldn't happen in a fivestar hotel for more than $ 700 a night
