Staff was so friendly and helpful both at the hotel and recommended areas to explore. Always willing to give us the history and answer questions about Kenya. Breakfast was good, grounds are safe and beautiful, and rooms were nice with a beautiful view. Only comment is bathrooms need some updating

Every person I encountered was pleasant and friendly Off the beaten track but a Tuk tuk away from everything. On the beach but not recommended for swimming. Huge pool. Best staff Good buffet If there’s low guests it’s ala carte which is even better!!

Beautiful property with friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast, pool was well maintained and large. Some of the facilities were slightly outdated but at the price point, and the location, you can’t beat it.

The hotel is huge and the property is beatiful. The rooms need a bit of maintenance but everything was working properly and they are clean. The A/C is a blessing when it's hot outside. The food is pretty decent but what deserves more than 5 stars is the staff. They are super attentive and sweet. Evans at the front desk will do everything to take care of the guests, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, are a pleasure to deal with.

The staff is incredible! Laundry service done in hours, they sent us off with packaged breakfasts, they found us an excellent tour guide. The hotel itself is stunning. David, the bar tender is especially sweet. The beach is not swimmable, but we learned a lot about coral reefs and the animals living in them from locals. The water in the bathrooms is salty, but the AC works well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

I was looking for an all inclusive hotel for three guests which included myself, and two other friends. It was difficult to find in Diani, since most hotels dont have rooms with more than one bed. Anyway, this one had the accommodation I was looking for for only $130 per night. The girls Anne and Risper at the front desk were super kind and very very helpful! I hope their hotel gives them major props for making sure our stay was absolutely perfect! Food was great. The only down side to all inclusive here was that all inclusive only happened 10am to 10pm and drinks were extremely limited. Other than that, the beach was nice, and staff were friendsly, room was clean, and I think the price for what I received was perfect! I'll be coming back here again and again!

Good staff clean room. Could do better with fly screens on windows and newer showerheads. Currently is a 3star hotel could easily improve with few little changes. EVan was very helpful.

Old property. Rooms are decent, showers rusted, unsteady but work. Outside seating areas not adequately cleaned. Staff are polite and respond to issues. Food is average. No entertainment for guests

The rooms are clean, ocean view is great but the outside of hotel is totally neglected with unkempt flowers, unattended glass lawns, bushy compound which can habour dangerous creatures like snakes and rats.

Rommene vi fikk tildelt var ikke i god tilstand. De manglet vedlikehold. spesielt baderommet var dårlig. hotellet mangler vedlikehold. det kommer sikker av koronasituasjonen. det bodde utenom oss svært få. vi var 4 stk pluss 1 ekstra vi hadde med. 2-6 stk til tror jeg det noen dager var. Frokosten var med det enkleste vi har hatt på hotell i Kenya, og spesielt Diania. Middag om kvelden, den var noen gangen svært få tilbud. vi ble mett. betjeningen var ekstra flinke og gjorde mye mer for oss en vi kunne forvente. Det er ikke et hotel

This is my third stay at KASKAZI. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. But relative to the number of clients their prices are a bit steep. The grounds are beautiful as are the public areas.

The Kazkazi Hotel exudes a sort of laid back beach vibe seemingly from a different era. From the moment our taxi stopped in front of the expansive reception the staff made us feel welcome. The dinner meal was really good but not exceptional. The same with breakfast. Excellent but no ‘WOW’ factor. Rooms were large, comfortable beds and good views. I’ll stay again and recommend without reservation
