Det var lagom temperatur i lägenheten (vi var där i mitten av april). Rent och fint även om det finns slitage som inte syns på bilderna. Sängar var bekväma. Vi stängde fönsterna för att undvika mygg och buller från motorvägen. Natten gick toppen. Motorvägen var tyst på natten. När trafiken var igång dock, blev vi inte störda. Vi hann nyttja även simbassängen som hade uppfriskande temperatur :) Jag hade läst negativa kommentarer om hotellet innan vi kom dit och hade varit orolig men allt gick toppen. Rekomenderas varmt!

Hotel great overall. Had to wait~6hrs prior to checkin or pay additional 50%.i chose to wait as the cost ŵas outrageous. Why do hotels do this especially if the room is available? (It was available by the way)

Huge, clean apartment, and friendly staff who ensured we were able to get an early breakfast. Had difficulty communicating with the hotel through Expedia. Worth noting that windows are not soundproofed, but a great view over the park!

Conveniently located. Safe neighborhood that's close to the airport. Nice restaurant and bar on the property - pricy though. Really spacious room with all necessary amenities. Fully fitted kitchen and washing machine/dryer - loved this. We will visit again. Carpets in living and bedrooms plus the sofa need regular cleaning though and reception team to be more responsive. We were promised a fan that was never delivered and bathing soap took over a day. Carry your own toiletries before checking in. TV channels subscription please. All other apps were available but would have been nice to keep up with news and sports. Have a water dispenser too - or small bottled waters that are easy to refrigerate. Hectic and really difficult to use the huge water bottles.

The size of apartment you get against the rate. It's a steal! Staff were fantastic and accomodating. The rooms and amenities are in good shape, but the apartment is are probably due thanks to the presence of roaches

The view was spectacular, and for that I would consider coming back. The rooms were spacious, plenty of hot water, and having a microwave, stove, fridge, and washer/dryer was great. The area is very noisy, so bring earplugs if you're not used to city noise. The rooms were a little warm for our liking, even though it was cold at night outside. The shower was nice but the main showerhead only dripped so we had to use the shower wand, which was mounted just under 2 meters high, so had to duck a little bit. The room came with a water dispenser for 10 liter jugs which was wonderful. It's within walking distance of the mall which has an amazing food court, so that was nice. Security was excellent. Staff were all very nice though communication was sometimes difficult. All turned out well though.

Selve stedet ligger med flot udsigt over Nairobis nationalpark på den ene side og udsigt til byen på den anden side. Vi havde booket 2 store "deluxe-lejligheder". Både lejlighedernes størrelse og selve indretningen var flot. MEN; lydisolering i forhold til vejene der er lige udenfor dørene, er ELENDIG! Det var for os alle 5 umuligt at sove om natten på grund af bilstøj. Dernæst var mange af de ellers meget flotte materialer, desværre blevet så dårligt vedligeholdt. Eksempelvis toiletrulleholder der var helt løs, vandhane hvor håndtag faldt af osv. Poolområdet er misvedligeholdt med løse fliser og klinker, og selve poolen var fyldt med alger. Ikke ok for et ellers fint sted - og langt under det forventede for prisen! Selve området er "ægte Nairobiansk" da man tydeligt oplever kontrasten mellem rig og fattig. Lige udenfor det aflukkede område er der små "teltboder" og hvor flere sover under simple faciliteter. Der er et indkøbscenter med begrænsede muligheder ganske tæt på,
