This place is exciting. Nice room, professional staff with great personal skills. Our one week stay was definitely relaxing and the food was wonderful. A wonderful place for a family treat, meeting, and private getaway.

I would recommend Midlands to anyone exploring nature. It's been more than 20 years since my last visit to the midlands motel. There have been significant improvements made, and the buildings are still being refurbished. The rooms are excellent, extremely comfortable and modern, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating to our orders well. We were in a group of 13, and the dining room was much better than before, and the food was delicious.

After a long drive from Nairobi, we decided to stop by the Midland Hotel to eat their renowned roast chicken, and they did not disappoint. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We also loved the beautiful ambiance, and we had a great time there. Also, you must try their new passion juice, because it was wonderful.

Well located in the city, safe and secure. Bad start with no hot water for the first night and morning in both rooms, quickly sorted and upgraded. No fridge though. Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful, especially Naftali and Jullie. We will stay again.

The hotel staff and everyone at the Midland hotel makes the experience a great stay every time we go, however, the hot water is spotty at best. Last year I didn’t get one hot shower my entire stay. This year, I had exactly one hot shower. Love the hotel, the staff and the rooms are good. Street side rooms are a little noisy since I live in the country and am not used to any traffic. I switched to the opposite side of the building and it was much quieter. Overall, great place to stay!
