Very nice, caring, and attentive staff, who made our stay memorable. The room was comfortable, very quiet, the internet was fairly fast, and we used the latest sauna and steam bath. Stayed in January and March. Great job wide resort!.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff was kind, caring, and wonderful, making our stay memorable. The room was comfortable, the room was in a quiet atmosphere, the internet was very fast, and we used a state of the art sauna and steam bath. We will definitely be back to this place for our next stay in Nairobi. Stayed from February to February. Good job wide resort!.

Stayed at this new hotel following a friend's recommendation. In a peaceful but accessible area of central nairobi, the hotel doesn't have a particularly impressive facade, but once inside it is beautifully decorated with comfortable and well-kept rooms and a lovely intimate bar and restaurant. All the staff are well trained professional and charming. You should specifically mention the chef his steaks are the best in town and don't miss the good breakfast, it's good very good! A very nice addition to the nairobi hotel scene. Excellent and affordable.

The hotel is very well placed with comfortable and well-defined rooms and an intimate bar and restaurant. The staff is well trained, professional, and charming. Also, don't forget the delicious breakfast!

The staff was very friendly and all in all our stay was good. What I didn't enjoy that much was the smell of food in our room that seemed to come in from the kitchen. Also the room was not very big. Big bed but not a lot of space around it.

Honest opinion is Stay away from this place. The staff was very nice which is good but the place is a dump. The room they gave me was MOLDY, NO AC despite stating this on the property amenities, The insect net/canopy is full of dead bugs and even has a hole in it(what's the point of using it at this point) and they gave me a BROKEN FAN which is very noisy. You can definitely smell the mold and how musky the place is, and there is only 1 socket in my room, you either can choose to use the fan or charge your phone.
