깔끔하고 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 뭣보다 깨끗하고 좋아요. 단, 온도 조절이 조금 힘든 것 같고, 화장실에 전구가 센서라서 계속 꺼지는 게 조금 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족하고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Modernes Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse am Rande der Innenstadt. Gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten/Supermarkt in ca 1.5km; City zu Fuss oder per Taxi ca. 3.5km. Zimmer nicht riesig, aber modern u zweckmaessig eingerichtet, Klima, Dusche, Kuehlschrank, Wasserkocher, TV. Besonders gut hat mir die Badbeleuchtung per Bewegungsmelder gefallen. Und genug Steckdosen zum Laden von elktr. devices. Hervorragendes (westliches u lokales) Fruehstueck, dazu pro Tag 1 kostenloses Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, hoeflich u hilfsbereit, Parkplaetze direkt ggue. des Hoteleingangs. Eine perfekte Unterkunft fuer Business- und Privatreisende zu einem angemessenen Preis.

My stay was over 17 days/nights while on business and despite a very heavy and intense work schedule, I could not have had a better and nicer stay. The hotel is very modern, extremely clean, the maid service is excellent, WIFI works quite well, the business center is convenient, and the breakfast is quite tasty with a very large choice and high quality of food. Additionally, the hotel has an excellent location in the south of Bishkek off a main south-north street - equally not far from the center of the city and the mountains while also with the airport easily accessible. But without a doubt the element of my stay that stands out in my mind is how the hotel staff are incredibly professional, accommodating, and friendly. Finally, the price of the hotel is very reasonable and I would rate the value/experience to price of the stay at this hotel to greatly exceed that of staying in more expensive hotels in Bishkek. In short, this hotel is a great and winning choice and any traveler will be most happy with making it their choice for any length of stay.

Very helpful hotel staff. Were able to arrange for me at short notice an impromtu ski-ing trip to the mountains 2hrs outside of Bishkek. Also arranged to provide me with a breakfast packed lunch as I left the hotel prior to normal breakfast start. The room was comfortable and the service in general was excellent. Also close by was a very good bar/restaurant (Barclay's) serving good food till late. I would definitely return.

The staff was excellent. They took care of our every need. The staff spoke English and helped us navigate the city. The general manager even went out of his way to visit with us and make sure that our stay was perfect. The Breakfast was excellent. They had a great selection and every morning made us eggs to order. We ate dinner in the hotel and the food was wonderful. The beds were high end hotel quality. The City Hotel is the only hotel we will use when we visit in the future.

In general am very happy and see it all positive. So will share the negative things - when arrived got different room than ordered (mine should have been Superior Deluxe, Deluxe only it was) so when i prolong the stay I have still the same room for less money as ordered only lover price room. TV when tried first did not work at all / fixed the same day. When prolonging stay was charged twice once for check in, once for check out. If not find it later on would be gone with double bill. Internet in some times was nearly non existent 2kb/s is not a speed, but was caused by too many people as conference was in hotel. Had the bad luck conference room is on the same level than mine so from early morning to late night no quiet time. Hotel is great and offer Sauna and jacuzzi. Not one was working for whole 10days there. When heating was on + TV the electricity was unstable and other small things. However I have to say the stay was very good, you can live with those and the hotel is really new and they are trying their best, just need to finish the things and then i would say 5from5.
