This is the best hotel for travelling with your pet. Staff is very polite and cooperative, we were met as if we were the most wanted guests. The room was small with a big bed, cozy, clean. The hotel is situated in the calm place, not on the road, therefore we had a good sleep with open windows. We spent 2 days in Bishkek, had a good rest and were very happy with the hotel we chose.

This lovely hotel is a little outside of the city center. The room facilities are nice. Beds are nice softer than normal, which is typical of Central Asia, showers are hot and everything is clean. The personnel are very helpful, helping with everything from changing money, transportation to dinner recommendations, and speaking excellent English. We had to leave early to catch a flight, so we have not tried the breakfast. But the staff suggested to make us coffee and tea regardless of the time of 330 am. Overall, a very affordable and wonderful option when staying in Bishkek.

I booked this hotel for the first time in Kyrgyzstan without knowing what to anticipate, but already feeling good when free airport shuttle was offered. I cannot say enough good things about their staff, I talked to Ruslan, Victor and a wonderful girl throughout my stay. They were nothing short of sweet, accommodating, super attentive to all types of questions, exchanged my money accurately and fast, let me check in early and have breakfast. I didn't pay for!, answered all my tourist inquiries, kept an eye on the reception, other tourists, the dining room, the kitchen, and general hotel management, they do it all. I also asked for a larger room with a bigger bed and was changed to a room with the biggest I have seen lol literally the bed takes up the entire width of the room! I did ask how you get that in the rooms much math. I loved the experience so much that when I returned to Bishkek a few days later without reservation, I went straight to Kansas, and they were very chill and quickly put me in a room. I just love these guys.. Also, I love the decor and atmosphere. It has that central Asian aesthetic, with wallpaper, floral, gold touches, etc perfectly matched with modern features. A really good hotel in a peaceful area. 46$ per night. Very spacious room with a working air conditioner. nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and understands English. They offer delectable breakfasts and dinners for quite a good price, with either a garden-like patio to eat outside. Transfer to the airport cost us 850 kgs.

I would certainly return here. I really enjoyed this small budget hotel. It's quiet, clean, and good value. The shower water pressure and temperature were good. The reception wifi can be a bit weak if your far from the router. I stayed in two different rooms where the first one was fine, but the second one had poor reception. It's a bit off the main road, but there's a sign pointing toward it. The breakfast is great and is prepared in a small kitchen next to the reception. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location isn't ideal as it's a bit far from the city center, but Bishkek is small so it wasn't a big deal for me. It's not close to anything in particular.

Sulla descrizione dell’hotel si millantava transfer da e per aeroporto gratuito, ma quando ho chiamato mi dissero che era a pagamento. Le receptionist sono state molto gentili e disponibili, ma qui finisce la parte buona dell’hotel. La camera dava su un portico in cui operai intenti a ristrutturare, ci osservavano attraverso la finestra, la quale non si poteva chiudere ed eravamo quindi in una situazione di disagio estremo. La doccia non restava attaccata al muro, obbligando ad utilizzarla a mano. La condizione della camera era mediocre. La colazione piuttosto scadente, ma abbondante. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti ma nessuno è passato a sistemare la camera.
