This little gem of a hotel is located within walking distance of Bishkek's main sights. The rooms are warm and cozy and the breakfasts are perfect but the real asset to the establishment is the hotel staff - upon request I was given an extra duvet to keep warm at night and the reception also arranged for me a free transfer to the airport on check out. Highly recommended!

Недорогой отель в центре Бишкека. Неплохой завтрак. Достаточно маленькие номера и очень жесткие матрасы). По телевидению шли лишь четыре канала. В остальном очень достойный. Прекрасный, отзывчивый персонал. Спасибо Вам!

This is a decent hotel which is relatively new. The room and bathroom were clean. The temperature of the room for January time was warm and nice. The immediate surrounding area is quiet but within walking distance to good restaurants and shops. There is free tea and coffee facility in the restaurant area of the hotel which is useful. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The manager and staff are friendly and proactively ensured that I was happy during my stay. Overall my stay was brilliant.

I checked in at this place three days ago and decided to continue staying here for a few additional days. Originally I was planning to try a different hotel in case this was not to my expectation but I loved everything here and decided to extend my stay. The staff are nice and friendly, relatively new place and clean. There are nice restaurants nearby. Also some shops. The manager and key staff care about this business and their customers. They were pro-active in checking a day before my departure if I required early breakfast. Brilliant place. Keep up the good work!

I fully enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is lovely, relatively new and well maintained. The check-in process went smoothly upon arrival and I was pleased with my room. The temperature could be controlled in the allocated room. There are tea/coffee making facility in the common area and is available 24hrs which is brilliant.Nice breakfast with free made to order omelette (Variations available). The hotel is situated in a quiet lane. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. The manager of the hotel makes the effort to speak to the clients to see how their stay is. Every day of my stay he has checked to see that I am happy with the stay and also provided me with some useful information regarding the city/surroundings. I feel if there is any problems they would try to solve it. I feel this is a brilliant place to stay.

No four star hotel seems to have anything else but instant coffee. The A/C in our room wasnt keeping up with the temperature but seemed to be 3-4 degrees above what was stated on the digital display on the unit.

Rooms were very clean, but slightly cold at night in February. The location is not the best the roads between the hotel and the main streets are muddy and the sidewalks are old.
