Beautiful property so close to the airport I skipped there.

I decided to walk from the airport and took the risk. I was relieved to see the same landmarks on Google Maps, and finally arrived. Only a 5-minute walk. There was a large sign with the hotels name and a charming road that travelled through some trees, past a restaurant, and to a clearing. The traffic roar had gone. Now I could hear birds singing and some children playing. The reception staff were very quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was cool and had air conditioning and a hot shower. The to was excellent. Thai, Chinese, English, and American to as well as some films. The room had a fridge and free water bottles. The room has a nice view of fields and banana plants. I did not inquire if they cooked, but they seemed very inviting and there are photos of meals on their Facebook page. The bed was a king-size and very comfortable. I did not expect this as I was only one guest. However, be warned the airport closes all night and opens at 5 or 7 ish. I made the mistake of leaving early and standing outside the airport all night with two other losers.

There was a big sign with the hotels name and a stunning drive that goes down through some trees, past a restaurant, and into a clearing. The traffic roar had vanished. Now, I could hear birds chirping and a few kids playing. The receptionists were prompt. I was shown to my room. The room was cool, with air conditioning and a hot shower. The to was excellent. Thai, Chinese, English, and American, as well as some films. The room had a refrigerator and free water bottles. Farms and banana plants are lovely views from the room. I did not inquire if they offered meals, but they appeared very inviting and have pictures of meals on their facebook page. The mattress was a king size and very comfortable. I didnt anticipate this because I was only one visitor. But be advised the airport closes all night and opens at 5 or 7 ish. I made the mistake of leaving early and spent the entire night outside with two other losers.

Late November 2019. Late arrival in Venetiane on a late departure date. Upon entering, I made a hotel reservation through Pavoda. The hotel, which is a short distance from the main road, was accessible on foot. I wasn't uneasy, but of course, I was in a strict lawful role. The owner confirmed and authorized the reservation. Upon arrival, I was given a room directly across the street. Although a little bit heavy for a non-US visitor, a large bed. The refrigerator in the room. Clean and comfortable. Excellent WiFi. There is no breakfast. When they turn over the rooms for the day in the morning, you can hear staff conversing and shifting around. It took a little while for the shower to warm up. The bathrooms' glass ceramic tiles are my greatest criticism of this hotel. It is extremely slippery when wet, which should not be an issue if you brought your shower shoes, but I didn't. Additionally, the sink's sharp corners make for more danger in the restroom, which are sharp corners! I made sure every time my spouse entered the bathroom, to be aware of the wetness and sharp angles of the sink. Also, the toilet is a little too close to the wall for my comfort.

Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet.

Smelled like cigarettes and found a pair of underwear in the bed. Bathroom sink drain was not tied in to the drain system.
