In September, my boss from Indonesia spent one night there and said he enjoyed the hotel because the pricing was reasonable, so he requested that I reserve the next stay in October in vientiane. I found the phone number and asked for an email address, which I sent, and stated that each of the three of my guests would get a standard room. When my boss and other two companions arrived, I questioned how the new rose hotel was operating, they stated they were booked in triple rooms and the price was too high. My boss said the previous time that his room was a standard room and was lower. Staying in a spacious triple room with no breakfast and an expensive price isn't very good since they only stayed one night and had to fly early in the morning. They also noted that the hotel is good overall.

The room was a twin share and was huge with a king bed and a single bed, lots of space for two people. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. There isn't AC in the lobby but that's not the point. There is no AC in the lobby though! The reception staff only speak very little or no English at all. I tried to ask them for directions to various places but they only gave me a map! The room was on a twin share basis and it was huge with a king size bed and one single bed.

The hotel is not bad but the breakfast is disappointing. This hotel is located in walking distance from main sights and only a few blocks from the river. The rooms are large and the mattresses are fine which is not always the case in laws.
