We had a wonderful time and will always stay here again. The room was nice and tidy with a nice view of the Mediterranean. It comes with a good breakfast and a relaxing stay at the beach in the evening with a glass of Lebanon wine. A very good recommendation by elias cartouche.

Although it was wonderful, it was amazing, and the employees are outstanding, particularly the guy who served us on the beach to the left of the hotel, where we visited each day and he was over with drinks. The maid who cleaned our room was amazing, especially in room 356, a tiny gem. The room was immaculate. The cuisine was fine but not great, but once we met the chef, OM, whose chicken curry was amazing, and the waiter and waitress were extremely kind, there was no problem for them regarding what to do. After 10 a.m., head across the street to the black and white. Sammy will help you find something. Be wary of the man who sells them on the beach and watch out for my bongo drums because he gives them as a present and takes advantage of you. The towel guy who sells it for a lower price in yasmin hammamet including the cab cost.

The employees are pleasant, and the hotel is generally tidy. The hotel is very clean, except the room constantly smells bad. Excellent view from the room, five nights and six days. Single room based on a bed and breakfast at this hotel is devoid of breakfast, has low variety, and has awful tastes. Half of the buffet is tomato and onions! No refills for any item, two-star buffet, and only one employee at the restaurant. Thank you, Bama. She is a nice and helpful person, but who would imagine hiring only one employee for the restaurant at a four-star hotel? When I complained to Gojohn, I was not happy with his response because he didn't take any complaints and always denies that he has a problem! He needs to listen to his visitors in a friendly manner because he is not at all satisfied with his aggressive approach to receiving his customers' complaints.

Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety. Rooms are ok, escalators work. Visiting a seafront location makes you relax. Lots of amenities close by. supermarkets are easily accessible. The employees are very friendly.
