I reserve a different hotel, but it was full by the time I arrived. I was transferred to this hotel and it was adequate for a night, however, it needs a lot of work to be comfortable. The rooms need better beds and bedding, as well as better temperature control. The staff could also be a little friendlier.

If you just want to spend some money on quality and comfort, this is a good place to stay. The size of the room is ok, as is the bed, however, the room size is very small, and there are no dishes, the kitchen is not quite complete.

I had a nice experience. The price is good. After a few complaints from the receptionist and it's quite reasonable value for the money. The regular suite was well worth the money. The only young man that works there at the front desk usually at night. This is the first time I have encountered this hotel. As such, the rates are nightly, weekly, and monthly. The staff can do some hospitality training, and most of the employees could. However, Egyptian employees who frequently work strange jobs for the hotel are eager to assist. However, once you consider that this is Lebanon, the room is typically suitable, but the basic suite of the room is okay. Even though I had issues with my initial room, changing my room took a lot of phone calls to the front desk and conversations with the staff. I then encountered an ant infestation in the next room.

The hotel is in the city center, but the location is quite strategic. The bathroom is small and poorly lit. But the hotel has a generator and air conditioning.
