The resort was truly beautiful, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The location was stunning and really showed what a gem Lebanon is. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, and the room was absolutely amazing I highly recommend it. The only downside was that there were quite a few flies around the pool, and the beach could have been cleaner as there were some cigarette butts and plastic. With better maintenance, it would have been a perfect 10/10 – otherwise, everything was fantastic! Lebanon is an amazing place to be and this resort was wow.

The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the mediterranean and the staff's attitude a service was exceptional. On the other side, it is the only hotel in the world that i visited that will charge you extra for coffee on a paid breakfast which was OK (not great) and they say parking is available but when you arrivee you get surprised is for $5 per day !!!! I dont have a problem of paying for parking if they were transperent on the website (here i felt cheated).

It seemed that Property management has changed from last year where it was much better and client friendly. Less cleaning crew to clean pool area especially inside, hotel rooms are not well maintained.

They tell you beakfast starts at 7AM. One day came down at 7:30 and they were not even ready to start breakfast, they were just starting to put out the food ad the chef showed up at 7:50. We had to leave for work or else we would be late.

First they ask u to park the car by yourself ,carry your bags and u should also pay for the parking. 2nd the reception doesn’t give u options and they just say if u want to cancel u loose the money which you have paid this is the only thing they were repeating even the upgrade option with additional payment was not available. Mosquito all over the place even the room. Unfriendly staff Breakfast was a really bad choice all cups are dirty and no variety in food tables and floor is so dirty. TV was not working well and we called the Tec twice. Wedding party till 1:30 AM noisy so we’ve missed the chance to sit inside because of the TV and outside because of the wedding. Some restaurants in the same hotel doesn’t Have the option to add the payment to the room So u should hold cash all time

I booked a two-week stay at JMR through Expedia expecting the level of quality and hospitality the resort was once known for. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. It honestly feels like the property is being operated under very different management, with a noticeable decline in service, maintenance, organization, and guest care. During my stay, there were repeated nighttime power outages, unpleasant garbage odors, poorly maintained facilities, and very limited accommodation for amenities such as the pool and beach areas. The internet service was one of the biggest issues. As a professional visiting from the United States and working remotely, I relied on stable internet for business meetings and daily work tasks. The connection was extremely poor and unreliable, making it impossible at times to attend meetings or complete important work responsibilities. Because of these ongoing issues, I was forced to spend additional money booking stays at other hotels simply to access stable internet and maintain my work schedule. This created unnecessary stress and unexpected expenses during my trip. For the price paid and the expectations presented through Expedia, this experience did not meet acceptable hospitality standards. I truly hope management and Expedia take these concerns seriously and consider an appropriate adjustment for affected guests.

Company that ran the valet business should be fired they tried to rip me off make me pay for parking the day I was checking out. They said that’s a different day. I had paid $40 plus tips for these people the day before they still had the nerve to ask me for more money that they shouldn’t have asked. Also the property had a ridiculous policy , they wanted to make me pay $100 for taking pictures using my own photographer for wedding occasion despite the fact that I had an event booked for 40 people on the premises and I had a room booked. They friendly honoured me to waive the $100 but it’s still ridiculous policy that use no common sense putting on the staff to force this ridiculous policy. I tried to be nice in this survey it could’ve been worse so fix these problems to get better rating. I spent about $2000 for few hours u deserved much better treat.
