I strongly suggest. After making a long weekend reservation, my companion and I didnt realize that it wasnt actually in the heart of Luxemburg! Despite our exceedingly warm greeting when we arrived, we were still outside the designated checkin time. Had a quick bite to eat at the highly acclaimed restore restaurant. Although the shower and bathroom were a touch antiquated, our catherine room was immaculate and exceptionally clean. Be ready for your room to smell a little of cooked food because the bedrooms are directly above the kitchen and eatery. The mattress was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic position, not far from the bus or train station. You will need substantial funds to eat at the hotel restaurant every night, but it would be well worth it. Youll also find wonderful pubs and eateries nearby. After checking out, a very accommodating young female manager let us leave our baggage with her since we had plenty of time to wait for our taxi to arrive. She even allowed us to return later to wait the remaining hour and a bit in the restaurant because there is no foyer.

The hotel herckmans is located in the heart of ettelbruck. The lower floors are restaurants, and the upper floors are hotel rooms. Each room has a name, no number. The guy in reception walked up the stairs and showed us around and explained everything. The rooms are also spacious. Coffee is actually delicious. The bathroom is large and has cushions to create flavors in the shower. You don't see this every day. Breakfast was a standard with a good assortment of bread, croissants, and various kinds of cheese and meat. It was enough to go hiking for a day.

This hotel is in a wonderful location to get around the little town. We were very pleased with the service provided by the staff. But the restaurant seems to be the main attraction. A few rooms, but they all have a nice, comfy bed, and a great shower to wake you up. Despite the fact that the breakfast was decent and featured a wide variety of croissants, daily use of the same cheese and bread can be quite tiring. Regardless of the time of day, breakfast was always the same. It seems odd to be told exactly when breakfast is because everything was wrapped in clingfilm and so is strange. However, the breakfast was very good, with some varieties of croissants. We were only a 5-minute walk away from the location we worked. Quiet little town with a couple of good little bars close by. Simple, but what we liked to do was magnificent for us. There are also welcoming people in the hotel and the bar next door. Due to budget constraints, I've never tried the hotel food, but the smell was pleasant. Enjoy!.

I stay here last Friday. The hotel management was excellent. He couldn't have done more for us. Found us secure underground parking for motorcycles. The food in the room was amazing. a very good pint or two of local beer. Thanks once more.

We had a nice experience while staying here. The room design was quite clean with an odd aromatherapy shower. You get the best price and quality for the money. It's also the friendliest person. It's a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early, but we still stayed on the nice terrace to drink and had no trouble.
