Great apartment, gym, pool and security. Location is remote but condusive to tranquillity. Grab fares are reasonable enough. Very limited convenience store next door.

Fantastic accommodation for the price! Only suggestion is probably should provide more towels as we was only had one. Location is rather close to KSL and holiday plaza, probably not walking distance, but a very short drive.

It was a splendid experience staying at 1 Tebrau Suites. The rooms were in an excellent condition, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is just a little awkward as everything is a drive away. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great value for money, spacious, relatively new and clean apartment. Only complaint was the bedsheets were not proper clean. You can spot slight coloured stains. My friend has some itchy spots which might be bed bugs. I was fine, however. There was a cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers. Other than that, I really liked the apartment. The pool is lovely, the gym is spacious and generally well-equipped. The reception staff is quite efficient and check-in and -out were really quick! Overall, still highly recommended despite the cleanliness issue.

i stay twice in 1tebrau suites in different size,once in twin and once in double twin suitable for 4 pax,both room have a living room and sofa complete with a kitchen.i chose to stay here cause it is not so expensive(cheaper than ksl hotel and much bigger room) and the swimming pool is beautiful so i think you guys must definitely try it..no breakfast but u can cook your bacon,egg etc

This place is very suitable for a vacation. The location is strategic. The employees were very helpful in explaining everything. The hotel was very secure, and the apartments were very comfortable with a warm welcome. Plus, they also provide the service in terms of what I need for the budget.

I chose this apartment because it was my first choice for a vacation place. Despite I booked a studio apartment, I got a nice and clean swimming pool in the apartment. I got an Ikea sofa bed, carpets, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the apartment, and a nice comfortable bed to sleep in. This is not a place for security reasons, in my opinion.

I book a room with 1 bedroom and it's great for 4 people who can use the sofa as a bed. The staffs are pleasant and friendly. Will come here again when I go to work the next time.

We reserved a room here for our visit to Job City. There is a large mall close to the apartment, which is near to the town. There, you can do excellent shopping. The pool is amazing because of the nice room. Kids' pools are also available. Will make a reservation for this hotel for our next visit.

It was spacious, good and cheap. However the cleanliness is bad. There’s stains on the bedsheet, I’ve stayed there a lot of times, there’s stains on bedsheet each time I go, I hope they did change the sheets.
