HOUSE RULES

Please read it carefully so that we can all have a good time during your stay.

1. Please low down volume after 10pm 晚上10点后请降低音量
2. No pets are allowed 禁止携带宠物
3. No smoking indoors, please smoke at balcony or ourside yard 室内禁止吸烟，请到阳台或室外庭院吸烟
4. No illegal substances allowed on the premises 场所内不得携带违禁物品
5. No parties or events allowed, except has inform us when make booking 禁止举办派对或活动，除非预定时已确认允许
6. Please report to us immediately,if you lose or damage anything 如果损坏或丢失任何东西，请立即通知我们
7. Not allowed to cause non-removable stains 不允许造成不可去除的污渍
8. Playing loud music is not allowed 不允许大声播放音乐
9. Please turn off aircon, lights,tv, when you go out 外出时请关闭空调，电灯和TV 等电子产品
10. Please don't eat or drink in the bedroom 请勿在卧室吃喝
11. Please don't remove the furniture except floor mattress 请不要移动除地垫以外的家具
12. Please don't jump on the furniture 请不要跳到家具上
13.Very appreciate if you can clean your used dishes & throw the rubbish before check out 感谢您退房前清洗用过的碗碟和扔掉垃圾
14. Please empty the fridge of your items 请清空冰箱里您的物品
15. Please make sure the towel is for your body, not for anything else 请确保毛巾是为您的身体准备的，不要作为其他用途
16. Please make sure you have take all your personal belongings 请确保您已带走所有个人物品
17. Please take photo of mailbox with key inside to us when you check out 退房时请将归还钥匙的信箱照片发给我们
18. If want to throw rubbish, please make sure put into Rubbish Bin. Especially for apartment unit otherwise maybe fine by management.
如果您要把垃圾丢去室外，请确保所有垃圾有丢进去指定垃圾桶，尤其是当您住公寓的时候，违反者可能会受到公寓的罚款
19.please never change our furniture position, if you do, please move them back before check out. otherwise will got labour charge
at least rm 100.
请您不要移动室内家具大型电器，一旦有被迫移动，请将它们恢复入住时的原状，不然可能会由此产生最低100元的收费
