-No shoes within the house, house slippers are provided.
-Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
-No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
-Durians are not allowed in the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor may be applied.
-No pets allowed on the premise.
-Most of the lighting in this house is set on timer, which will come on/off automatically.
-Do NOT lose / damage the house keys and the autogate remote.The cost of replacement will be deducted from the deposit if lost.
-Please lock the premise before going to bed / going out of the house.
-Parking is provided on the driveway side by side.
-Strictly HALAL food only (No pork, no alcohol, halal meat only)
-We may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. Ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or its expiry.
-Please do not rearrange our furniture. NO SLEEPING OR JUMPING on the sofa.
-Do take care of the Astro decoder and remote control.
-If you would like to host an event, please speak with us about it first.
-Do NOT stain/damage bed linen and sofa.
-If guests are found to have had a party without permission resulting in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If the are disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Rates applicable are for 20 pax. A surcharge of RM90/pax/night from 21st pax onwards will be charged.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Should there be any damage to the property, or if the house rules are violated, we reserve the right to forfeit 100% of your deposit for replacement cost
-Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
