Despite selfchecking in and out, everything went without a hitch. The room was roomy, tidy, and roomy. The room had standard amenities like a tv, bodywash, shampoo, and towels. Im not sure if they offered a hair dryer. Outside near the lounge, there is an ironing board, dryer, and washing machine. The absence of free parking is the sole drawback. For rm 1 per hour, you can park in the basement. There are restaurants and stores close by. Imago is accessible on foot. 5. Recommended - They have a microwave inside, but no basic cutlery or dishes. Perhaps they can add those in the future.

Strongly recommended! Satisfied! Clean and comfortable! Although it may be still new, the overall experience is excellent. The bed is comfortable, so my parents and i can sleep soundly. There are several convenience stores and restaurants directly on the ground floor. If youre too lazy to travel far, dont worry if you want to dine in for breakfast or dinner.

Parking is a little inconvenient and slightly noisy at night due to its proximity to the main road. However, the room was excellent, spacious and clean (we booked the king deluxe room). The bed was very comfortable, the appliances were great, there is even a washer and dryer for our clothes. Will definitely stay here again if traveling this way.

The room is quite clean. Basically, the room and bed are comfortable. The room is quite small, but it is enough for me as i am alone. Its definitely a comfortable stay to just sit and watch tv. Its smart tv so there are youtube and lots of movies and dramas to watch. There are two lifts to access the floor, one is on the left side when accessing the lifts is old, dirty and doesnt look furnished. It was quite a shock on the first day as i was traveling alone. When the lift just opened, i thought it was not furnished and was scared to enter. Its totally safe to use it after a few tests, but i hope it can be furnished and at least looks like a proper looking lift. Not only that, when i wait for the lift to arrive on the floor i live on, i can hear and smell the noise of someone talking or smoking outside. This is also one of its spooky sides for me as a solo traveler. The room is not soundproof. Anyone speaks or does anything outside can be heard. If the other room uses the water heater or exhaust fan, i could also hear it, it is quite noisy if the other room uses the water heater. The room next to me uses a water heater around 6 am to 7 am and wakes me up even though i sleep well. The room has basic utilities like toothbrushes, cups, teaspoons, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. If you need other things like inroom slippers, it is better to bring them as they dont have them. The refrigerator it provides is chill so it can store frozen foods. Also, it is very convenient to stay in that area as there are many shops and imago mall is right across the street by crossing the sky bridge. Orange and city are two 24hour convenience stores, so its very convenient if you need something. Generally, i enjoy my stay provided the other rooms dont use the water heater and the children are not noisy.

This place is ideal for those who value privacy more. There is no reception. It is quite convenient to check in and out by selfservice. The facility is immaculate. For emergencies, they have a selfservice washing machine and dryer. You must bring your own detergent. Park in the private open parking next to the building for rm 2. Sunday parking there is free. All toiletries are provided and of very high quality. The building is close to the imago mall, and there are restaurants and convenience stores in the same building on the ground floor. There are no complaints, other than the need for better soundproofing.

The checkin process was simple, instructions sent via WhatsApp. Additionally, it is conveniently situated directly across from imago mall, and the nearby kopi ping outlet offers excellent breakfast. Convenient stores below offer souvenir pricing that rival those found in imago. Additionally, it is extremely secure, with diligent security personnel present throughout the building, on the ground floor.
