Saya sangat salut dengan manajemen Amerald. Terutama pantainya yang bersih. Harganya sepadan dengan apa yang didapatkan. Pemandangan lautnya cantik banget. Sarapannya juga enak.

Overall, i am very happy with my stay at amerald. The staff are very welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable. The cafe is very clean, breakfast is served with a variety of options. Its quite tasty for my taste buds. Great facility, even though it seems like it is still under maintenance. There is definitely room for improvement. My family and i really enjoyed our stay here. Good job, amerald staff. Would love to come back soon!.

Our familys first staycation at this hotel. The room was nice, a large sofa bed was provided, and there was a balcony with two chairs and a table. The mini refrigerator is not that cool as usual. The bathroom was great. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We asked for help with the sink in the bathroom and settled in less than 20 minutes. Breakfast was just nice, with not many options and only paper cups for coffee and tea. Nice view of the private beach, but some dogs ran over you. There were several restaurants nearby with reasonable prices for your meal options. Also got a minimart if you want to buy drinks, snacks, and toys for your kids such as sand play kit, water float, balls, etc. Apart from the swimming pool, the hotel also has a kids pool, so i can recommend this hotel is family friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Despite being in a remote location away from other buildings, the tranquility draws frequent sightings of birds like hornbills and sea eagles. The animal corner at the hotel is well maintained and the welfare of the animals well taken care of, as guests are only allowed to see and do not pet the animals.

Friendly and helpful service staff. Breakfast is always well stocked. Reception assisted in obtaining external assistance for our damaged car tyre. Checking in was also simple. The only unfortunate thing is that the sofa is damaged and the curtain is not completely blackout. I would call room service if there was more variety like fries and nuggets.

The location is a bit far from the city and there are no shops other than those within the hotel. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a wet dry area. The bed is very comfortable. The view is amazing. Soundproofing could be improved. Overall a good stay.

Saya datang ke sini lagi untuk liburan singkat. Pantainya bagus. Kamarnya dalam kondisi baik. Namun, kursi di balkon tidak bersih. Namun, harga bagus termasuk sarapan untuk dua orang dan berbagai makanan lezat.

In general, i was happy. Checkin was simple, unlike my previous visit. For wheelchair access, we were able to park closer. However, the toilet was quite slippery, which was a risk for both the elderly and children.

Beautiful place to visit and stay. Take a sea view room and its incredibly amazing. So much calm and vitamin sea. Beautiful place to host an event. Stayed there for dinner and the event location was not bad, dinner maybe needs to be upgraded to a much better menu other than fish curry.
