Wir waren von Montag bis Sonntag auf der Insel und sind wirklich zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es gibt noch 2 weitere Hotels in direkter Nähe. Ohne die Zimmer beurteilen zu können, war unser Hotel sicher das beste, weil die Anlage am besten gepflegt wurde. Die Bungalows waren sehr süß und auch die Einrichtung war toll. Das Bad könnte mal wieder saniert werden, aber man hat sich nicht unwohl gefühlt. Das Personal war richtig Klasse und man konnte vor Ort auch Ausflüge buchen. Am Nachbarhotel wurde man vor Sandflöhen gewarnt. Erst am vierten Tag wurden wir gebissen/gestochen von kleinen schwarz/weißen "Obstfliegen" - denn wir wissen nicht was es war. Die Stiche haben erst Tage später extrem gejuckt und sind sehr groß geworden, sodass wir 1,5 Wochen später in der Heimat ins Krankenhaus sind um entsprechende Medikamente zu erhalten. Im Nachgang soll wohl ein normales Anti-Mückenspray und Kokosnussöl helfen, um gar nicht erst gebissen/gestochen zu werden. Das Personal im Hotel hätte uns sicher auch geholfen.

The room is great overall, cozy and clean. Beach is beautiful. Need improvement on the Wifi, only available at dining area and speed is slow, sometimes even cannot be connected. Food is not bad but less choices. Should have send a single message to remind about the low tide period. I've missed it out as the reminder is at the end of the mail and not highlighted clearly enough. You cannot expect everyone to read through the booking details thoroughly.

We had very good extended weekend at Aseania : hotel is clean, amendies are really good (pool, jacuzzi, pool tables, darts, beach volley,...) with a nice and clean white sand beach just in front. Staff is very nice and manager always present and smiling checking if you are all fine. Even got a nice complementary wine bottle... thanks. Definitely a good place to relax and enjoy Pulau Besar. We will come back

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for a full board plan in the resort. As schedule, the boat from Mersing to island would be at 12 pm. When I arrived the resort's Mersing office at about 10 am, I confirmed my booking with its staff and was told the boat just departed due to tide of the sea water level became lower. They said they tried to contact me for the schedule change but it was unsuccessful. However, they immediately arranged another speed boat specially for just 2 of us. When I did check-in, the office lady performed nicely and professionally. All other staff of the resort were also deal with guests politely and patiently. In the stay of the resort, I enjoyed very much in the island. I felt relaxation in the resort. The meal including in the plan was simple but in good standard. I would recommend the resort to others.

Despite its brief 4 days and 3 nights, it did incredibly well for us, and we will undoubtedly return if we have the chance. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it may be insufficient maintenance because the outbreak was so bad, so we didn't use it while we were there. We chose resort pula bear, a resort hotel that I personally believe can be recommended because it is next to Pula Bear's pier, making it easy to walk in around 5 minutes. 1. We ordered a day and night plan, which included accommodation, three meals, and a roundtrip speedboat. It is significantly higher than we had seen on the internet before because the cost might be somewhat inflated due to the epidemic.. Individually, I believe that the three meals a day are fairly excellent and delectable, and there are new dishes every day, so it won't make people tired. Compared to previous food on Rehang Island, it is much more delicious. The layout of the rooms is good, there is a large terrace, but there is no fan, so it is hot in the evening, and there are more mosquitoes at night. The room was clean, and the bed was firm but comfy. We select to ride a bicycle, etc. There is also a safe as well. During the meal, the hotel also has a pool, but it might be

My friend gave me a reason to join him, and I wouldnt say no. Pula Bear is one of the private yet serene islands that is accessible from Messing Pier and doors, so the boat transfer costs 110 paise for the round trip. The personnel arranged everything from there until your baggage is completely at your door to the chalet! For a one-time snorkeling excursion, there are three checkpoints at rm 70pax. The only time we went there was just a one-time ferry transportation schedule, which took us to the island at 1200 pm and the jetty back at 10.30 am when we went during the trip. In conclusion, I would advise everyone to visit here, buy a package from their website rather than going on a trip that is worth every penny and you simply come and enjoy your vacation! Bow, we were given 101 accommodations that were direct to the beautiful sea! I highly recommend it for honeymooners as well! The chalet accommodations are roomy and equipped with all the amenities specified on their website. One queen bed and one single bed is offered in all, a sofa, both indoor and outdoor. The resort's surroundings are lovely and neatly maintained. To unwind, just walk around the chalet. The employees are warm and hospitable. They will answer and provide everything you require. The resort has a private resting deck in front of the resort

I have a wonderful stay at this hotel, in addition to the nice beach sand, peaceful beach, but the bedbug bite has spoiled my vacation, there are other minor issues, but the employee on reception was very attentive to the customer's needs and the food was tasty, but the DVD could be better. Please improve the DVD.

This is my first time staying at this resort as I really enjoyed my visit. I can understand after 2 years of on and off lockdown it was difficult for all resorts, but this island and resort are full of potential, room is dated and seriously needs to upgrade and better maintenance, they are still serving good food even though there is less variety, staff are still friendly and attentive, clear and empty beach is just a perfect holiday for us.

Gemütliche Anlage mit Erholungscharakter Wer auf sterile Hotels, abseits von Massentourismus verzichten mōchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Anlage ist wunderbar in die Umgebung eingebettet. Die zahlreichen Holzbungalows besitzen eine Terasse, wo man bestens entspannen kann. Die Bungalows sind so angeordnet, dass die Privatspāre auch bei Vollbelegung gewahrt wird. Ein paar erholsame Tage zum guten Preis-Leisungsverhältnis.

The visit to Aseania Pulau Besar Resort was good. I wasn't expecting a fine white sand and turquoise water but to my surprise it is. The staff were attentive with our needs. Buffet Dinner was great. The only concern is the water in the cottage room as it seems very wimpy but overall stay was great!

The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt.
