1. 👥 Guest Count & Condo Rules
• To comply with condo rules and respect the residential community, the number of guests arriving must strictly follow your booking.
• ❌ Extra guests are not allowed, and penalties will apply.
• If any rules are violated and reported by condo security, management may issue a RM500 fine to the owner or, in serious cases, request us to stop operating.
➡️ Any fine will be fully charged to the guest responsible.
2. 💰 Security Deposit
• A security deposit of RM200 will be collected before check-in via bank transfer.
• The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to no damage or missing items.
3. 🔑 Self Check-In
• This is a homestay with no reception counter.
• Guests are required to collect the access card by themselves.
4. ⏰ Same-Day Booking
• For same-day reservations, check-in may be arranged after 5pm.
• If this affects your schedule, please contact us first.
5. 🧳 No Luggage Storage
• For safety reasons, we cannot store luggage or accept unattended bags before check-in or after check-out.
• Please plan your schedule accordingly 😊
6. 🚭 Non-Smoking Room
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the balcony. A RM300 fine will apply if the room smells of smoke upon departure.
7. 🔑 Lost Access Card / Key
A RM200 fine will be charged for any lost key or access card.
8. 🎉 No Parties or Gatherings
Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a RM300 fine.
9. 🐾 No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted inside the unit.
10. 🍳 Kitchen Use
Please wash all dishes and keep the kitchen clean after each use.
11. 🗑️Garbage Disposal
Dispose of garbage daily in the designated garbage room outside to avoid attracting cockroach or insects.
12. 💡💧 Energy Conservation
Please turn off air conditioning, water heater, tap water, TV, and other electrical items when not in use to help save the planet.
